I would like to be able to listen to Radiooooo.com (also an iOS app) on Sonos.  Is there any way to suggest radio streams to Sonos?  This one would be a little involved than a simple internet radio stream since the app lets you choose a country and a decade and streams commercial-free music from there.  How ‘bout it Sonos? 

Sonos Support on Twitter seems to suggest that Arc supports streaming of TIDAL Atmos tracks; however, there is a curious inclusion of “when using a compatible TV” in their response.    Has anyone tried this yet or know if the music has to be streamed through the TV source first rather than directly from the Sonos or TIDAL apps to the Arc?   “... With S2, 24 bit audio is now supported for Music Library and NAS shares. How can I check Amazon hd streaming quality on sonos 1 controller?

I have been gifted Bang & Olufsen active speakers.  I want to connect them to my Sonos One but have no idea what kit I need to enable this.  I am not technically minded so be gentle with me!

Can someone please direct me to where I can find what the differences (spec / performance) are between the Gen 1 & 2 versions of the connect amp? I am looking to buy a couple of amps for some ceiling speakers (kitchen and dining room) - I’m hoping that connect amps will be sufficient. I’ve looked on line but can’t find what actually changed in the Gen 2. Thanks in advance. 

Would a Sub in an apartment be too much for my neighbours?  I live in an 840 sq.ft. concrete high rise. My living room is on the outside corner, so I don't think adjoining suites on my floor will hear my music/tv viewing, however I am a bit concerned about the people below me.  Any advice?

I currently have a Sonos Amp with two pairs of architectural speakers, two front and two rear basically left and right channel, connected to my TV via HDMI Arc cable.  Is it possible to add the Sonos Beam to act as a center channel not connected to the Amp and connected to the TV?

I own multiple Sonos products and recently purchased the Move. Comparing the Move to the One SL's, the volume output of the Move doesn't seem to meet or exceed the volume of the One's. And before it's mentioned I don't have the volume limited on the S2 App (it's at 100%). Is this normal? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello - I need help for 2 setups Now I have TV + beam + sub + 2x play 1 In the same room I wil Set Up a beamer with cinema screen my question is : 1 ) how can i make possible to switch from TV to Beamer with same Sonos set Up ? or 2 ) can I set up a extra PLAYBAR for Beamer and Cinema USING the same sub + same play 1 satellites  who can help ? what would you advice and how to set Up !  thanks a lot ! Marc from Atomika studios 

I’ve just purchased a Sonos Port as I’m hoping to connect my turntable and passive speakers to my Gen 3 sub (Sub also linked with arc soundbar)   My current setup is as follows…Turntable (built in pre amp)Amplifier Two passive speakers  Can anyone tell me if ilI be able to get the sub to play with my current bookshelf speakers without the arc playing too?Thanks in advance     

Hi AllI am shortly joining the world of Sonos (Arc soundbar, Sub and a couple of Ones as rear speakers) but an unsure about the best way to connect my turntable to the system. I want to use the speakers detailed above to play my music through and don’t want separate speakers for the turntable (which I have currently). The turntable has a built-in pre amp. What’s the best way to connect this to the Sonos system - I’ve seen the Amp and Port, would one of these be the way to do it?Thank you!

When I purchased my two Play 3 speakers, I was able to group them so one played in the lounge and the other in the kitchen. It seems I now need at least 3 speakers to be able to group. Is this correct and if so, what is the cheapest option to achieve what I want, i.e. to be able to play the same music in different rooms?Do I really need to purchase a 3rd Sonos speaker or can I group my Google home speaker with my 2 Sonos speakers? Thank you

Hello,I currently own sonos arc connected to tv and play 3. I am looking to get the pro-ject T1 phono turntable and wanted to find out the best way to connect to current sonos that i have. Would i need to just get a sonos port to make this work or should i trade in the play 3 for FIVE?Thanks

Sonos app showing no “ arc, rear speakers or sub setup,it is showing bedroom set up,When watching tv sound from the arc is ok,but sound from rear speakers playing background music nothing to do with tv program 

Good morning all,I'm new to this community, your help and advise would greatly appreciated. I have recently setup a new setup which consists of Bt Full fibre to house Fttp. Draytek AP1000C x 3 and a Draytek 48port PoE switch. I decided to separate the 2.4ghz and the 5ghz as I wanted to know which bandwidth i am connecting too. Yesterday, I setup my Sonos home cinema system to the 2.4ghz  SSID. It all works fine as long as im on that SSID, however if I then chose to move over to the 5ghz SSID it doesn't see a network and Sonos will not connect on my mobile phone. Sonos system is wifi only no ethernet connected.Please can you advise if is it possible for the Sonos controller to work on both SSID.  My system comprises of a Playbar with sub 2 xSonos one (Gen 2) surround (TV Room)Additionally for music only.Sonos play 5 (Gen2) x 2 loungeSonos one (Gen 2) x 2 office and bedroom

I have a Sony receiver/amp connect to four outdoor wired speakers. My spouse would like to add speakers inside the house (kitchen, den, etc) so that the music can play simultaneously throughout I have a bluetooth receiver connected to the amp so we can stream from our phones). What is going to be my best option to add wireless speakers to this system so that it will play and be in sync with the wired speakers? Should I invest the $$$ in a Sonos Amp or Port, or is there a less expensive option?

Hi guys,we just purchased our SONOS ARC 3 days ago and are using it with a 2020 Samsung Q95T QLED TV, plugged into the OneConnect box via the e-EARC slot.  Sound Performance wise the sound bar is great all features including ATMOS are working fine.  The issue we are having with ours is that once per day when turning the TV on the sound is cutting in and out repeatedly. We will get sound for about 2 seconds then it cuts out for about 5-10 seconds, rinse repeat. Turning the power for the ARC off then back on at the power switch fixes this issue. But this is the second day in a row the issue has occurred and I am worried that this will start happening more often, it’s a new sound bar + TV this shouldn’t be a thing.Is anyone else experiencing this issue with their ARC? thanks in advance

After I changed the email for my napster account  password, my songs,stations, etc stop loading on sonos. I realized I hadn’t changed my sonos email address so I just did that, hoping it would fix the problem.  However, when I go to settings on Sonos, my new email appears as “name” and my old email is “account login.”  Settings allows you to edit your name or password but not the account login. Help. 

I have two home theaters, one each for each of my TVs, made up of a Beam, Sub and two One SLs. Both are working fine. However, on one the status lights are green when audio is coming from the TV. On the other the status lights are off when audio is coming from the TV. The TVs are the same model and the Beams are connected to the respective HDMI ARC input. In the Sonos app I’ve switched the status light toggle to off for all devices. Does anyone know why one setup shows green lights and the other doesn’t?

I have 4 Sonos amps in a central location for 4 different rooms (zones). I have ceiling speakers (2 each) for each zone/room. How can I connect my TVs to these amps? Do I need to run a long HDMI-ARC cable for each TV to the amp or is there another option? Please help. I am clueless and reading available information online is confusing.  Someone suggests getting an HDMI extension and a receiver and run a cat 5 cable. I have cat 8 ethernet cable. I did not know you can run audio through this cable line.

I ordered a Sonos Arc on the 4th of January, at that time the shipping date was given as 29th of January. I then received an email on the 27th of Jan saying my shipping date was delayed until the 5th of February. I have now received a further email saying shipping is now delayed until the 12th of February. Is this the norm with Sonos are there others out there eagerly awaiting delivery of their Sonos system and the delivery date being pushed back time after time. Is this just a problem with Arc orders. What is the normal waiting time for Sonos deliveries.

Dear community,I’ve been trying this setup.Turntable via Line out (pre-amplified signal) via Sonos Port.Sonos Port connect with RCA cable to each BEOLAB 6000, speakers set on line.So far I have truly enjoyed what I've heard but I have a nagging issue. The vocals in all the records I've listed too just don't sound "right". The music is clear and the highs are especially pronounced, but the vocals are always subdued, sometimes sounding distant, almost in the background or sometimes slightly distorted. Same thing with an old and a new vinyl. I'm sure it has something to do with my turntable set-up process since this is my first time, so I'm hoping I can get some suggestions.Many thanks for your support.Regards.
