Hello. My sonos arc recently stopped show its splash/video output. I have Samsung qled Q75R. Previously had similar issue but rebooting arc(power cycle) fixes issue, but now nothing helps. Hdmi cable is fine. Sound also works. 

If you are referring to the Arc’s screensaver, Sonos disabled this feature on Samsung TVs because it caused some problems with the eARC connection. Read more about it here:

 


Hello. Yes thats exactly what i meant. Screen sacer dissapeared recently. However i never faced with audio related problems. Arc always reproduced sound correctly and no issues where found. Even Dolby digital + always worked with Netflix. So this is surprise for me. Screen saver was good fueture when listening just a music.
