I have an Arc soundbar connected to a Sub and 2 Sonos Ones... but I don't know if I should replace the Sonos Ones with two Five speakers that I have in another room to improve the sound experience of the system, or if the Fives would actually be redundant or wasted in that system... and if that's the case, it would be best to buy two Era 300s for that TV room audio system... what do you think? A. Do any of the Sonos Speakers produce sound in stereo on their own or can I only hear stereo with two paired speakers? In either case which is the best to choose?

We have been more than patient. Younsold us these headphones with two big selling points...the audio swapping with our home entertainments systems and truecinema. You ha e been silence forever on the truecinema and now have removed it from the web page. Removing it doesn't make you not reliable to give us what you soldnus on. Knock off the Ultra updates and put priority to devices you sold half a year ago and have not made whole yet. A class action lawsuit sure as hell isn't going to help your image. 

Hi all. I cannot connect my Sonos ACE (actual version: 3.1.5-2323a694e) to my LG C4 (WebOS version 23.20.38).Can someone tell if it is not posible? I don't have a sonos soundbar. Thank you very much. Regards,

I have a full Sonos system in a large house, but now also own a small condo.  I want to move one Sonos 5 speaker to that condo, effectively creating a new system.  But the app isn’t finding the speaker on the condo’s WiFi.  What do I do?

At last Sonos seems to have fixed the delays when using the volume slider and for start/stop buttons. It was incomprehensible to me how an audio company could release software which had such delays.  Yes there should be a small delay as they buffer on play, but stop or mute should have been instantaneous. This latest update fixes the responsiveness fo EQ settings too. But why they bury these settings so far from the volume controls is still a pain 

Folks .. I've just spent almost a week sorting out my Sonos system and resolving issues. Some of this info might help someone. Especially if you don't have time to read 100's of articles online. Ironic I know!I initially had S1 and S2 setups. S1 - 2 x Play 5's as a stereo pairS2 - Playbar + Gen 1 Sub + 2 x Play:1'sIssue 1 - never managed to connect both Play1's as rear surrounds Playlists not able to share between S1 & S2Fed up with latest S2 app .. appalling!Decided to downgrade everything to S1Tip 1: Sonos says to reset every speaker BUT instructions say to hold join button until flashing red & white etcWent round in circles until one time when I held it longer until I got green flashing lights .. then it worked as expected.Tip2: (Should maybe be Tip 1)Keep your S2 app so you can downgrade to S1 .. (same holding join button much longer trick also helped with this.)Tip3: Gave up with using Rear surrounds so now using Play1's as a stereo pair in the main TV Room group. Tip4: mo

I am streaming Spotify through a Connect to the aux RCA jacks on a Yamaha receiver and the output is not in stereo,  verified by playing a left/right channel test track.  Both channels play through both speakers at once.  The test track works through headphones plugged into the phone.

Play 3 device. Both myself and husband linked. Both have Amazon music, mine is unlimited. Husband system owner.whilst Amazon music shows on content and can select, it won’t play choice (plays other random choices instead). I don’t know if it’s my unlimited account or not. Sonos radio works but other than that cannot chose any music.  can I log in using system owner (husband) to add content? Is there an additional unlimited function. If so will I be able to use it if log in as system owner who isn’t me? Not sure if linked to email or just can use from device if logged in. 

Are any new sonos equipped with Ethernet?

Previously, when I am playing a track from a Pandora station, Sonos displays <song title> on Pandora.  Now it says <song title> on Napster.  What caused this change, and what does Napster have to do with my Pandora service?

Hey everyone, I have a question…Can you have 2 era 300 at the front next to the Arc and have 2 x era 300’s at the rear along with two Subs?

What I want to do is (or should be) very simple. I want to be able to browse my local library, choose a folder, and play the music in that folder and it's sub folders or add the music in that folder and it's sub folders to the queue.It’s very simple. It's something that some very basic audio playing apps can do. Yet 7 months after the disastrous app update it's still something I cannot do with the Sonos app. PLEASE FIX IT 😡

I just bought the Ultimate Immersive Set with the Arc Ultra, pair of Era 300s and the Sub 4. When I toggle the sub on/off through the app, the bass actually sounds better and fuller with it off. I’ve confirmed the sub is actually turning on/off when I toggle from the app. I've seen some review videos where they talk about not really needing the sub with the Arc Ultra and others saying two subs make a nice improvement, but does Sonos really expect me to pay another $800 for a 2nd sub? It doesn't make any sense to me. Anyone else have a similar experience?

I purchased a Sonos Beam and Era 100 speaker combo as well as a Sonos Mini Sub.  I did the initial setup for each speaker through the app but now the app put the Beam under Living room system 1, the Mini Sub under Living room system 2, and the two Era speakers under Living room system 3.  They are not working together when I watch a movie.  How do I combine the 3 Living room systems so they all work together?

Hi everyone,I’ve recently set up a Sonos system in my living room, which is quite large, and I’m trying to get the best sound quality possible. I have a Sonos One as the primary speaker, but I’m wondering if adding additional speakers or making some adjustments could improve the overall experience.Here’s my setup so far:Sonos One (main speaker) No subwoofer yet I use the system mostly for music, streaming services like Spotify, and occasional movies.I’ve tried adjusting the sound settings in the app, but I feel like I’m still not getting the full potential, especially when I crank up the volume. The sound can sometimes feel a little muddled, and the bass doesn’t seem to be as impactful as I’d expect, especially for a system that's supposed to fill a larger space.I’m wondering if I should invest in a Sonos Sub to help with the bass, or if there are specific settings within the Sonos app or any other tweaks I might be overlooking. I have 5 amps, two Sonos beams, multiple arcs and probably $10k invested across two homes.  The system literally never works.  I’ve had the systems professionally installed and I’m pretty tech savvy.  I’m literally right now looking at the app again showing that it’s playing on five systems and I have sound out of one.  This is a new problem, it all worked fine yesterday.  It’s not a Wi-Fi problem, all the speakers are showing live on the system.  But the bigger issue is it’s like this ALL the time.  The system is unstable, not well supported and super fragile.  If you’re thinking of buying Sonos, don’t.  It’s not even the money, it’s the constant frustration.

Hi, I have a question: when I play a (shuffled) playlist in the new (dreaded!) app and open the queue to see where I am and what the next couple of songs will be, I never see the actual playing song but always have to start from the top of the list and then have to scroll down to find the playing number. So very annoying!Is this a known error of the new app (in the ‘old’ app I always directly saw the playing song in the que)?I hope I made sense with my English… :-)

Hi, our Sonos One speakers stopped playing local nz radio around ten days ago. We use Alexa for voice control. She ahappily confirms/repeats our demand for play radio national on IHeart radio, but only silence with static clicks follows. Radio fine with tune in and both, IHeart and tune in are playing radio national nz on our Amazon echo dot, too. Problem based in Sonia or with IHeart radio.

Hi Sonos team, I am using a Sonos Beam (gen2) and am not happy with the result of Trueplay. I would much prefer to do the tuning myself, based on acoustic measurements with a measuring microphone and REW software. This would require the PEQs becoming available to be manually adjusted by the user through the Sonos app. Is this functionality planned, e.g. by enabling an “expert setup mode”? When can we expect this functionality being deployed? 

Hi . When I open up the app the default language is no longer English. Same with email messages received . How do I change ? 

I see there have been several users with the same problems as me on this. The option to use Atmos is Greyed out on the Sound options of my LG C1 TV,Does the C1 not support Atmos ??  My output is set to HDMI ARC and the DTV settings sets to Auto.
