How come when I use Alexa on my era 300 to set a alarm for the morning using Apple or Spotify music Alexa doesn’t cooperate and just say I don’t understand that

Alexa’s responses are generated by Amazon. Sonos executes what command is given it by Amazon’s servers. If Alexa should be reporting a failure to you, it would be an Amazon issue in interpreting the feedback from the Sonos system.
