I have disabled Dolby Atmos in Amazon Music Unlimited but it still plays Dolby Atmos when using the Sonos app.I am not sure if this is an issue with the Sonos app not honoring the Amazon settings or if the integration with Sonos is with the Amazon development team.Either way, I would like to suggest that Sonos or Amazon exclude Dolby Atmos when it is not enabled in the Amazon music settings.Thanks,Wazza

Hey my friends. Inquiring on some settings help. My setup is currently an LG TV with a Firestick 4K (using YouTube tv/Netflix/etc.) I have a Beam (gen 2) with 2 One SL’s as my surround. ARC is established. My questions are on both the tv and Firestick settings:  everything connected via HDMI  LG TV Settings:Sound Out: HDMI ARCQuestion 1: Digital Sound Out…..options are Auto, PCM, or Auto??Question 2: HDMI Input Audio Format (HDMI 1 = Firestick). Bitstream or PCM?Question 3: HDMI Input Audio Format (HDMI 2 = Beam into ARC input). Bitstream or PCM?Firestick Settings:Question 4: Surround Sound setting: Best Available, PCM, or Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus?Much appreciated for the support my friends!  

According to TCL, their 2022 Series 5 TVs support atmos. I’m considering buying one and connecting my system (Beam 2, sub, and Ones surround speakers). Does anyone here run atmos on such a system with the TCL 5? Just wondering of it works. Thanks,Brian

Want to know where I should focus my energy to get lossless / hi res supported on Sonos.  Is it Sonos that hasn’t had time to implement, doesn’t plan to etc, or is it Apple that is restricting access to the higher quality streams.Support should be provided through the S2 App.

Any reason I can’t shuffle ‘all songs’ on iTunes via Sonos iOS app? Seems like basic functionality  UPDATE this functionality on Sonos exists with Sonos iTunes integration and works with playlists, just not ‘all songs’ like it does on iTunes app

EDIT: Was able to fix myself. Hi everyone. I just set up two of my Sonos One speakers. I am able to play a lot of my music using my device (Samsung Note 10, Samsung music App). It seems to be able to detect a lot of my playlists. However I added some new music, and the Sonos app cannot detect the playlist. I also took a closer look and there are a few other playlists it cannot detect. A few times now I have  done the “Update Music Index Now” feature and it seems to do nothing. If anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate the help, Thank you

We are nearing the end of construction for our new restaurant and I wanted to get some help on what to order. It will be one unit, about 3,000 square feet, divided into two units. There will also be a small outdoor patio.We are thinking to do 2 indoor speakers inside the larger part of the restaurant, and 1 on the smaller side, with two on the patio. We have 6 Sonos SL at our other restaurant (4 inside and 2 on patio) with a boost, and we have had a lot of issues with them. Speakers cut out and resetting them is so difficult. The boost isn't in a space that is provides much help. This new location will have more flexibility on what we get and where to put things. So my question is: What speakers would work best in this space, if we wanted one speaker to be separate from the other 4, and to avoid frequency/bluetooth issues, that require climbing up on a ladder and resetting each speaker and pairing and all that nonsense? 

Hi therei have a new Samsung 55 inch QLED (Q60B) and I can’t connect to my new gen 2 beam. It consistently says the message “your audio device is connects to a port that does not support ARC, please connect your device to HDMI (2) ARC port.” I have connected the HDMI cable to the rear of the tv in the ARC connection just above the audio out. what am I doing wrong? ThanksJoe

Hi I'm a long time Sonos user with Arc, Sub, Play 1 surrounds, move roam, Play3 x 2, 3 x Play 5 and  Boost in general my system was stable until just before Christmas when I started to experience track skipping, speaker loss etc.Using the support matrix I discovered that ALL my Sonos items were experiencing high ODFM ANI numbers i.e. wifi interference they were all Red!After much messing about I realized that the issues only occured after sunset which is when I'd configured my Phillips Hue system to perform a Christmas lights show, in doing this I'd used dynamic scenes where the lights constantly change colour. The Hue hub constantly sends instructions to the lamps which all rebroadcast in a mesh system similar to Sonos (ZigBee rather than  Wifi B or G) .Hue uses different channels 25 in my case and usually a very short ZigBee transmission (switch on, at x brightness and y colour) which causes no problems. How can I connect my new play:1 into Sonos OS S1 with my old Play : 5 & OneI cannot update the OS because this will disconnect the old Play:5Help !

I’m using an Elgato streamdeck and to get it to work for Sonos I need to use the shortcuts like cmd*In the help menu Sonos S2 show a long list of shortcuts but most of them doesn’t work. Is there some setting i need to change to get them to work 

I have BEAM connected to a SONY Bravia KJ-49X9500H via HDMI.There is no problem with normal TV programs, commercials, movies, Amazon Prime Video, etc., but only during NHK news the audio stops working.I have tried various settings on the TV, but there is no improvement. Please tell me how to set this up.

HiI am using Apple TV 4K ( 1st gen). I just bought today  “Sonos ARC” if I want to use Apple TV 4K with this sound bar in order to get “Dolby Atmos” sound experience then how I can get it as my tv doesn’t have HDMI eARC port also. The problem is the Soundbar has only one HDMI ARC port! No other HDMI port available . if I connect input HDMI from “Apple TV 4K “ to Soundbar HDMI ARC port, then how I can connect my TV screen to this soundbar as there is no other HDMI port left on the soundbar!Any Suggestions please. i;e ; if need eARC HDMI converter , can you recommend any !thanks//Gazi

Hi!I would like to connect sound from my Projector Optoma UHD43 (Jack / SPDIF) to my SYMFONISK Picture frame speakers, which is the best way to do it? I also have UHD Cast Pro, but can’t figure out to setup sound streaming to SONOS. Also is there a cheap way to do it without buying AMP?

Hello, I am trying to add my wife’s phone to our Sonos system. All say to:Open Sonos. From the Settings. tab, tap Services & Voice. Under Music & Content, tap Add a Service. Click on Add to SonosThe problem is I’m not given the option to Add to Sonos. There are dozens of apps and services to add, but non of them say Sonos except Sonos Radio and that’s not it. Please help. Thanks

My Sonos is not playing songs from certain folders on my Nas drive. These were playing fine until maybe a couple of weeks ago. I have tried adding the folders back in using the Music Library, which worked last week, but won't work now. Any ideas?

Upgraded to s2 now I can’t connect my play ones as surrounds as they were before. I can see them on the app but won’t let me do anything with them. How do I remove them on the s2 app. Driving me crazy. I only added a new arc now hours later still can complete the setup

I’m trying to connecting a Sonos Beam gen2 and two One SL speakers to my projector, which is a Benq HT2050A. I believe the projector does not have HDMI ARC capabilities. Is there any hope? I’d love to at least be able to have the Beam work with the projector. Thank you for any help!

Hi. When a guest was visiting our home, they logged me out of my sonos account on my sonos system, so they could log into their account and play their music. They didn’t log out and now I can’t get into my “account” on the system. How do I log them out and get back to my account?

Where can i purchase a replacement bottom cover for as Sonos One SL

I’m debating replacing the Play 3 in the living room, which sits under the TV, with a Ray, for the obvious benefit of playing TV audio through it. Right now, the Play 3 just used for music and NPR and I don’t want to downgrade that capability. There’s only a slim chance of adding surrounds. (I know it sounds weird, but because of the house layout and available walls, the big TV with the beam is in a bedroom, and the living room TV is an afterthought.)

Hi guys!My first post here, so be gentle 😅I currently have one Sonos room with Beam/Submini/Ones, but am looking to get sound for another roomWhen looking at the prices now, the cost of two used, but good condition, Play5(gen2) is almost exactly the same as a new Five, here in Norway. What do you guys think I should go for? Can I expect the Play5s to lose its compatibility with S2 for example in the future?Thanks! 

I have a project debut carbon turntable connected to a Bellari VP130 phono stage. This little setup has been able to give me headphone access (the Bellari serves also as a headphone amp, which is why I bought it) and a line signal that I used to feed to my Sonos Play:5 line-in jack. This worked well for years.  Now o decided to buy a new headphone amp/preamp/speaker amp by a company called LTA (LTA Microzotl 2, or “MZ2” for short). The MZ2 is mainly a headphone amplifier, and it’s GORGEOUS. It has significantly improved my listening experience using headphones. However, I can’t seem to find a way to output to my Sonos.  The MZ2 has an RCA output meant for a power amp, and banana plugs meant to drive high sensitivity speakers (1W power only). If I hook my Sonos to the RCAs I get a very low volume and somewhat distorted sound if I try cranking up either the phono stage or the preamp volume. Awful. I have not tried connecting the banana plugs to the Sonos because I’m guessing that output
