Have bought two Era100s and a sub mini. Have been trying all weekend to make the system rock. Spent an hour with Sonos support but no progress.I want it to play as a 2.1 stereo system in my living room. No matter how i try it will not work. I can stereopair the Era100s but if i add the sub i end up with one Era playing.I can add the sub to one Era, but if i try too stereopair the second i am back to square one.Evert Component seem too work. Just not together.Any ideas before i return the products?
I love the Sonos products… when there all working! I’ve recently moved home and the only one working is the Beam because it’s plugged into the TV! The rest are non existent… Sonos I will be requesting a full refund because it’s so difficult to get them all connected again! Why can’t it be so simple as‘connect to your new wifi’ login to your accountfind your productslink them to your new wifihey presto we’re live!!! No nothing works!!!!!
I recently purchased ERA 300 speakers for home and a full set of ERA 100 speakers for my medical clinic. Worst mistake of my life. The infrastructure is terrible. We can’t seem to get the speakers in the office to sync and have been forced to only use one speaker in the waiting room that we connect to via bluetooth. This morning at home my app forgot I owned our 300 speaker and keeps showing "Sign in as the System Owner" on the front page. When I sign in, it quickly reverts to saying the same thing over and over. When I login online, it allows me to login but doesn’t list my speaker. I just want things to work. I shouldn’t have to call tech support 3 times per week. I shouldn’t have to search online articles or dig through manuals. I’ve equipped my clinic with multiple forms of EHR, wireless scanners, imaging devices (ultrasound, x-ray, body scanner), etc. Equipment that is infinitely more complex and it all works. I am struggling with unreliable WiFi connectivity from my router to my Sonos app. My WiFi router plays well with my phone, computer and TV but the Sonos app is a sometimes poor link to my Sonos 5 speakers. Would a Sonos Hub improve my situation?

Le support Sonos me fait faire des manipulations pour forcer une nouvelle mise à jour, qui ne fonctionne pas. Unless I am missing something, the S2 app just fragged my old speakers All speakers working on S1 app, we buy a new speaker “ only compatible with S2” download the app, sign in, poof, all old speakers don’t work. I try on my phone which has the S1 app, poof they are gone, I try to add devices says “ I only can add devices with S2 app” I try to add old speakers with S2 app they are “ only compatible with S1” tech merry go around. call customer service for over a hour get the run around Am I missing something or did the S2 app just disable my old speakers ???

Suddenly problems with my Sonos speakers. App can’t connect to beam-sub mini- speakers Sonos one.tried all the things I know. Reset router, reset speakers, upgrade app, upgrade system. Put out power plug en restarted all whitout solution.at a moment the app made connection with my beam, and then it was possible to Connect the sub and rear speakers. Next day same again: no connection, can’t find system. what should i do?
Woke up this morning to find my 4 Sonos speakers not working and no content showing in the App. Have tried rebooting all the speakers and my broadband router multiple times, to no effect. Tried logging on and off the App and have deinstalled and reinstalled the App on my iPhone and iPad, all to no avail. Chatted with Sonos on the App and couldn’t send diagnostics to them. Have got to physically call them tomorrow. Any ideas anyone??

Does anyone know if the auto EQ adjust that lowers the bass output on the Arc Ultra when it’s mounted in the Arc Ultra wall mount can be defeated? I have the Arc Ultra mount and there does not appear to be any magnets under the adhesive cushion strips. It seems like the entire mount is magnetized.This does matter from an SQ perspective in my mind. If you suppress a frequency and then boost it with EQ the boosted frequency will not be as clean in comparison to the unsuppressed source frequency.
I have a Beam + Amp + Sub home theatre setup. I also have a mixture of other speakers throughout the rest of the house - another Amp, a couple of Era 100s, a couple of Play 1s and a One. They’re all running on wireless on the same network via multiple Unifi WIFI APs.Generally speaking, everything is working ok after several months of chaos, but there a few remaining niggles. The most problematic is that I can’t Airplay to the Beam. It immediately fails with the error ’Unable to connect to “Living Room”’. The behaviour is consistent and exactly the same from a wide variety of different Apple devices. I can successfully Airplay to all the other speakers/Amp in the system that support Airplay, including some on the same WIFI AP as the Beam. The other day I finally got round to trying to sort this out, and I factory reset the Beam and re-added it. I was happy to see that after doing so Airplay now worked, and I thought that was the end of the matter.Sadly, a day later, it’s back to doing

I have been a Sonos proponent for the last 12 years. It has been a beautiful thing with superb sound quality….. until lately. I feel like Sonos has taken a beautiful thing and just completely turned it into a lump of shit. one problem I have is that my speakers are constantly disconnecting while playing the the skipping moves around from speaker to speaker and then all of the speakers will go out and then one of the speakers will come back on and then a few more will come on and it’ll go off on some others. It’s just literally a nightmare. I will add that I have a boost set up so this should not be a problem since that is the exact purpose of a boost,… to stabilize playback. but that’s not even the worst problem. Tonight all of a sudden, the audio sounds terrible. I like a lot of good Rich deep base. Hi, I was wondering if the placement of my Sub 4 could damage or alter the performance short or long term?My Sub 4 currently is placed between the couch and the wall. The wall has a socket where the Sub 4 is plugged in - while the plug and cable itself are placed inside the Sub’s opening, between the two drivers. Could this be detrimental to the performance of the Sub 4?Ideally it would be totally between the two drivers to hide the plug and cable completely.
So many issues going on. Any insight would be helpful. What I have:sonos bar & subwoofer (2) Sonos play 1’s(1) Sonos play 5Issue 1: cannot find bar at all. I’ve tried unplugging/replugging. I’ve tried factory reset. Cannot find it at all. I have a new tv and I think it’s too new to connect the bar to use the volume. I’d like to at least use my phone for this. Any ideas? Issue 2: I finally managed to get my (2) play 1’s found through the Sonos S1 app, but iTunes (my main music stream) does not see them. I usually connect these to my play 5, as they are in adjoining rooms and have music playing through all. Sonos is not seeing my streaming through iTunes so I can’t play anything through these. ?? Issue 3: cannot find play 5 speaker over the S1 app. It is however seen through iTunes. Again, cannot join this with the room my play 1’s are in. Help!! I just want music in my house again.

New app created some issues but system would still function. Installed a new WiFi router with new network name and now only my pair of Sonos Ones will connect. My Sonos 5 will not and my older Sonos speakers will not.
Hey there. since about 2 months ago, which is also around when iOS 18 came out (though im not sure they are related), ive been having issues airplaying from my iPhone (or iPad) to my sonos speakers. Either 1 of 2 things happens: there is a 5-10 second delay and then the music or podcast starts playing, or other times, it is never able to play. there is no error message, and my speakers appear in the airplay list just fine. I have power cycled multiple times my: device, both sonos speakers, and my router. i don't see a major difference when i do. software is up to date. this happens when using a variety of apps to airplay, but does not occur when playing directly from the sonos app (which i don't use). Any suggestions or insights would be appreciated. Thanks! Edit: i should follow up by saying ive spoken to support and submitted a diagnostic but they haven't found anything wrong. Beam not playing. It is connected to wifi, but cannot be found either through Spotify or Sonos app. However, when I ask Alexa to play Spotify it works???? But still doesn’t show in app. I’ve deleted and reinstalled updated app. My play 5 is working fine. Not sure what else to do. Thanks
So I have a manual turntable with Sonos dongle into Era100 used only for this gateway purpose. When I pair the Era100 and my ARC HT, or any other Sonos devices I have, I loose the pairing once I switch from side A to B every single time. I guess since no more input is sensed with the ERA100 it must default to not be paired anymore, but this is super annoying and frustrating. Is there a setting somewhere that I am missing? Just to be clear the 100 is not being used as surrounds in HT setup, it was purchased specifically to be a gateway.
