Assuming your gramophone has a line-out and built-in pre-amp you can connect directly to the Five via its line-in. If your gramophone doesn’t have a pre-amp you need to purchase one to sit between the Five and your gramophone. In either case you don’t need the Sonos Amp.

Are you using the S1 (grey) app with the Amp? Is it a Connect:Amp or Amp Gen 2?

Is the Five a Play 5 or a Five? If it is a Five, that speakers is only compatible with the new app (S2).

Can you confirm the Amp is compatible with the new app?

The AMP and the other SONOS speaker should be installed as separate Rooms. The turntable can be connected to either unit. The turntable can play on either or both Rooms.
