ive unplugged it multiplie times and let it rest to hopefully reset  doesn’t help

i cant find anything in the doc about this.

Is this a new speaker or is it previously used?

If you changed your network and it was working previously run a temporary Ethernet from your main router to it and try again.

If that doesn’t work see the FAQ on changing your WiFi and see if anything there helps.

If you have to resort to the Reset option - only reset the problem Sonos - not the whole system.

Tried all of the above.  It’s a previously working speaker that simply dropped connection. Now it won’t connect because it won’t send the tone to my device…

smh.  I’m going to unplug it for a bit and see if it resets its sw
