Beam is not showing up in WiFi network. I’m trying to stream music from my iPhone to the beam
I have no Sound om my Play 1. It is connected to the wifi bur there are no Sound coming out of it even though the number i am playing shows a progress in the bar
I recently moved house and at the same time updated the Sonos app. I've now got WiFi up and running at the new house and tried to set up the Sonos and my old system wasn't visible in the app. After following the support advice I've performed factory resets to the speakers and connected them to my phone and then the WiFi which seemed to go fine. It then proceeds to do an update and during the update process comes up with an error message saying it's unable to connect. I can't see the speakers in my app and the home page is just showing the welcome/add speaker options. When I go into join existing system the speakers are there and when I try to connect it says it is doing so and gives a tick and a success message but then they still aren't there in the app. They are connected to my network though as they appear on the airplay on my phone. Any advice?
I tried disconnecting speakers and reseting router. after reset both era 100, I m unable to add them using lastest version of app. please resolve it asap.

I have the latest version of the iOS app on an iPhone and iPad. My speakers are running the latest firmware. However, I do not see either the alarm management option or the set location option (for SVC weather support). Does anyone else have the same problem? Is there a fix?
I’ve double checked and made sure there is no volume limit on the app, however every time I try to play music and turn up the volume the music automatically goes back down to a lower sound. Any suggestions?

I have been on the phone waiting for support for longer than I’d like hoping to RMA the device. Every time I use the app during the day, the ERA 300 has lost its connection to wifi and I have to re-add it. I see that this has been an issue before but I don’t see fixes. It seems to be faulty hardware. Network connection is solid. Any known quick fixes?
My system was working fine with the new app but I have a new virgin hub 4 router and now I cannot connect my system via Wi-Fi The manage network page is blank on the app and I can’t find anything that allows me to check and select a new network I can only use my system using an either net cable and I can’t find anyway of switching to wifi The previous app didn’t have this fault!
My Sonos One bricked! Its always powered on and ready to go. I have sonos speakers wired in every room as well as sonos beam with a Sonos base speaker supporting living room and a Sonos soundbar mounted in my den. To complete the “every room” experience, I bought the Sonos One a few years ago to add to my bedroom. A couple days ago it just went to sleep. No lights at all…. I tested the outlet and the cable both good. I tried the reset methods to no avail. Just a 4 pound paper weight. Anything I'm missing to possibly revive it?

Hi experts,I will be moving to work in Bangkok next week and was originally planning to take 2 of my speakers to my new apartment but was then told by the shipping company that I could only take one ,so the Sonos 5 it is.I wanted to be sure that there would be no problems with using the Sonos App and speaker in Thailand ?There is a Sonos distributor in Thailand but the brand is not sold in many places as far as I can see Does anyone have the answer to this ?

I have two Sonos 300 speakers. I need to change the balance. The instructions tell me to work through the app and get to the EQR page which should have a “balance“ control. But there is no balance control that I can find.no other speakers, no surroundsound, just those two playing off of my iPhone
Hi,I need help, I bought a system arc, sub gen 3 + era 100.Sub is making crackling noise like static electricity, it’s not loud but I can hear it from 4-5 feet.Forum has similar posts but they are closed - Customer support just waisted my time with hard reset and updates, this doesn’t work.This looks like hardware issue.Does it make sense to replace my sub or other subs have the same crackling noise?
My speaker was playing a radio station but I could no longer control it from my app or see the speaker. However it was showing my husband’s speaker which is on his system and not mine. It seems his account is showing on my app.

Good evening, I own a system that includes an arc, a sub Gen 3 and a pair of eras 300 as rear speakers. A little over a month ago, I started to notice a popping sound and I found a hairline crack on the back of one of my Era 300 (photo included). Since it was still in warranty, I took it to the store from witch i bought it on May the 2nd and i told them that apart from the cosmetic issue there is a performance one as well (popping sound) and if the damage is not covered I am willing to pay for the repairs. Last week I received a text that my device was ready for pick-up. When I got there and opened the box, not only the back was not fixed but around the rim of the back there were clear marks (screwdriver?). I told them that I will not take it as it was and to send them back and bill me for the repairs. Today the called me and told me that the authorized repair center here in Greece not only cannot to the repair on my dime but replacement parts are not produced. What can I do to repair
I have authorised it, they are on the same WiFi network, I have switched the Beam and iPhone on/off.
I have something like 20 speakers from Sonos but within these speakers, I have 4 Sonos Play:1 that I CANNOT connect to my system anymore.What should I do as I have tried every thing I believe and I have already lost too many hours trying to set this system up :-( I have seen so many bad comments about Sonos of people having problems that I am now wondering about this company’s efforts to solve customers issues.
I am unable to connect my new ERA 300 to my wifi networks (both Main and guest Network). The Sonos app sees my wi-fi networks but after entering my user and password, no connection is made.
If I pair era 300 with sub mini will the sub play if I stream music via Bluetooth
