Play 1. 

Will not connect to BT network, when Sonos Beam in same house, has connected fine to same network. 

 

Using same Sonos app that I've set up the Beam successfully, I've reset to factory settings four times (holding the pause button until orange light flashes,). It goes into set up mode no probs. The app communicates with the Play 1 via the temporary network, it then gets to adding the password for the BT router, but despite trying 5 times by entering the correct password, it will not connect. I've plugged in an ethernet cable direct to the router, and it doesn't recognise it either. As well as factory reset, I've powered down the Play 1 four times, I've also re-booted the router too.
