Trying to set up my Play:1 again. Signed into my account which has the Play:1 registered to it in the Sonos app. Can’t do anything now because the system owner has to sign in. I’ve used this speaker before but not in a few months. Sonos setup never goes smoothly. 

I’m having trouble registering my Era 100. I’ve had an existing account for years with multiple Sonos products, but have had issues registering the Era 100.  I’ve performed a factory reset each time after failing to register, only to be brought back to the same error message.  Any advice for potential registration?  

Hi, I have a Sonos Play:1, a Sonos One and a Sonos Move. I have them all set up and can play to each room however I'm unable to join them so that the music plays throughout the house. Whenever I try any combination of them I can the following error: Unable to connect. Try again later  Any ideas?

When i change stations it goes-to a speaker i am not using. Trying to change stations on my roam and it turns on my speaker in the bathroom. Which of course freaks out the person using it.

Hi just downloaded the new app can connect my system up when one of my speakers is connected via the cable but as soon as I disconnect the cable I lose the system connection can’t seem to connect to my new router 

I have an Ikea Synfonisk and recently changed my internet supplier and now I can’t configure it to play on wifi as before. Under “manage networks” there’s nothing there and the WM: Disconnected It will only play if a WLAN cable is connected. Why?please help.   

I would like to setup my sonos era 300 in stereo and to be able to use surround sound.

I have updated to the new Sonos App. It worked okay for a few days and now I have found my Move to have disappeared from my system. I have tried resetting the device multiple times and have also restarted my WiFi Router and still can't get it to show in app. Last night I loaded the app and it appeared for a brief second then disappeared again... Any ideas as to what I can do, or is this a common issue with the update? 

I cannot see the move speakers when I try to read to system  

I have arc/minisub/2 one’s. After de-powering, the one’s would not sound and displayed flashing green. I contacted support and they did something to get them playing and told me to ignore the flashing green. A day later the Ones will not play and have flashing green. I read I should not “factory reset” the one’s. I have powered down everything including router to no avail. Also, in the new app I can not find out if they are even connected to wifi. I am trying to play apple music.

My Play 5 has disconnected itself from my app/ system, I have tried a reset on numerous occasions but nothing..This has happened since the app update, I have had Sonos for 15 years now but starting to think the system is not worth the hassle as it seems very temperamental now..

It’s odd how two of my Sonos 1’s are suddenly not working , cannot be reset and can’t be added to the new and total crap new app!!!!!I think there is a bit apple naughtiness afoot!!! Sonos is trying to “remove” old play 1 &3 from working !!!beware Sonos it has cost Apple millions !!!!!

I have 2 Play 3 speakers. One works and can’t the other to connect.How do I pair these together?

Sonos what have you done. My wife cannot work with the app, she's annoyed. My marriage is at stake. I cannot play any folder from our NAS. When you play a list it keep repeating the first number... Who's in charge for this. It is a joke... please fix it

Can you create a stereo pair with Play 1 and One SL?

I have just changed broadband supplier and I can't get WiFi to work on it. Only via ethernet cable. Have a gen 2 beam. Tried the reset etc and managed dto only get it to work through a cable which I don't really want..  hellp

Hi I currently use Sonos at home in most of my rooms. I’ve just got 3 more speakers but these are to use in my salon, how do I set these up so that my home music etc doesn’t get played at my work and vice versa?? Can I have two accounts??

Since installing the new app I lost my sub, it's just not possible to add to groups due to "connectivity issues". The system still sees the sub as present, so no idea what the problem is. After about an hour of tinkering or so I gave up, deleted the new app and sideloaded the old app (16.1). And guess what, I added the sub with no problems… Unbelievable how a broken product like the new app can get released in the current state. Even if this gets fixed, the reputational damage to Sonos will definitely have impact on sales. So anyways, I can highly recommend sideloading the old app and turning off auto updates.

I have for speakers that always run at three same time. Now all of a sudden I can only connect to one of them at a time. This seems to be only the case since the new app version. Has anyone any ideas what the problem could be? The speakers are all connected to the same wifi as sonos.

While iffy, the old app was still usable when the system glitched and wouldn't connect to wifi. And even though a soft reboot was not an option to due to lack of IT intelligence, a reboot of the entire network (which caused a pain in the arse for many other IoT devices) would work. But now, the bright sparks have introduced an app upgrade that I just don't understand as a technical engineer, because they've somehow disabled most of my speakers. 300s no longer work, sub no longer works, only the arc connected to ethernet works since the upgrade…Well done lads, I needed some expensive bookends! FYI, as an update, the fix…While you removed app capability from the sonos app, you can get speakers working with a lot of awkward dicking about through home assistant. The new and improved app just took us back to an erra of faults and problems. speaker not registered, when I try ti register my play one sonos speaker the app turns off

I have a new set of Era 100s that are replacing a set of Play:1s.I was unable to add them to my system with the new iPhone app (80.0.04) and several factory resets, but was able to add 1 of them using the new android app (also 80.0.04). I then saw there was an update to the iPhone app, updated to 80.0.08 and was able to add the second speaker.  So, now that my speakers are finally added to my system, I’m unable to group them into a stereo pair.The iPhone app says that there was a problem grouping them. The android app says they were successfully grouped, but never groups them.I’ve tried having them in separate “rooms,” the same “room,” made sure all the settings were the same (voice, status light, etc), but nothing is working.Both are connected to WiFi. Any tips? I’m really losing patience with this new app.

Veteran Sonos owner who just received an Era 100 as a gift - this is my 5th speaker.  Set it up at my office (replacing the Roam I was using) - all good.  But twice today, the speaker has acted on its own, nothing to do with my app (and the voice control/mic is off) - a random beep or two and music stops and starts or, just now, started on its own after I had stopped listening (and stopped the stream on my Sonos app).I’m sure this is something obvious, but…..help? 

Diagnostics ********I have done the complete flow for adding this lamp multiple times, ending with it connected to Ethernet and typing the PIN code from the bottom of the device. It consistently fails to add. It looks like I have the same problem with a symfonisk picture frame but I haven't tried everything with that yet. The rest of my system, including two other symfonisk products and 3 mainline sonos devices seems to be working fine.I'm hoping sonos support can see this and do or suggest something.Moderator edit: diagnostics recorded and removed as identifying information

My speakers have stopped playing together across all the rooms. They play individual but when i try to group them it says unable to try again later. Any suggestions. I’ve turned off all the routers. Been fine for a year then started today
