poor connectivity

For the past several months I have been having problems with the old sonos app. My speakers and connects either dissappear from the list of speakers or they are on the list and don't respond or work at all. The wait time for help is always over an hour.

Try a refresh of your local network. Unplug all your Sonos devices from power. Reboot your router and wait two minutes before plugging back in your Sonos devices.
