TV doesn’t play era 300 but plays soundbar and two 100s. What am I doing wrong?

You can only have one pair of surround speakers attached (bonded) to a Sonos soundbar. You can always group a second room by following the instructions here. Note that the second (or any more) room will be slightly delayed from the soundbar room.
