I set up sonos Arc and Sub + one*2 last year.

I tried reconnect Sonos One last week, then the App said I need to update. But it fails many times and I reset Arc and Sub.

The Arc works. It keeps failing again when I tried to connect Sub.

I tried reset the Sub, rebooting my router and connect the ethernet cable but the result is same.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

error code 30 and 1000

sonos not working in Japan. 


Sonos is apparently looking into the issue for those of us in Japan, but no ETA on it
