I run a,system of 3 x play 1 with sonos s2 app. All are connected to the same WiFi. All is good until one or two units stop working - the third is still on pumping music. On the app it shows that they are connected but no music comes out. Then they either start working alone, or I have to temper with the app hoping that something will do it. The thing is that it is not always the same.

If you have tried a reboot of the speakers and the router, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.
There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
