HiAny help or advice would be greatly appreciated. On top of the app upgrade debacle which has wreaked havoc on my SONOS system, I have now upgraded my internet package to full fibre (UK), so I am switching from a regular router from British Telecom to an ONT and router from another UK ISP.Due to Wi-Fi issues in my house, I have decided to move to a mesh system and have purchased the TP-link Deco X75 Pro 3 pack (it is overkill, but it was a great deal and hopefully future-proofs things for my network). I have not installed the Deco routers yet.My current SONOS set up is a Beam (gen 2) hard wired to a 5 port switch which is then wired to the router. The Beam is connected to an LG C2 Oled TV, which also has an Apple TV 4K connected but using Wi-Fi.I have an Era 100 in the next room along with a BT Complete Wi-Fi disc.In the room next to that I have a SONOS One.Upstairs, I have a SONOS One and an Era 100.My local music is currently stored and accessed on a Synology NAS (but not since the
I have factory reset my Sonos One to connect it to a new WiFi network. I have connected it to the new WiFi network, added Amazon music and Global player. I have also added Alexa voice assistant. When I ask Alexa to play Amazon music or a Global player radio station, Alexa says it’s going to play but no audio plays. Can someone advise what to do?
New Sonos user here. Boxes arrived yesterday! My plan was to install 2 in-wall architectural speakers and 2 ceiling speakers on the same amp. Then connect my TV to that amp with the HDMI ARC. My thought was that this gives me a surround feel when watching TV (playing all 4 when on) and ability to play music on these 4 speakers if not using the TV. I’ve read I should have 2 amps using this setup (one for in-wall and one for ceiling “rears”) but why? Can I do what I’m planning? No soundbar or sub needed/wanted.. the soundbar is just not desired even though I know that plus a sub would be ideal. Thanks for the help!
Hola, ¿puedo conectar 2 era 100 a mi amplificador análogo Yamaha 5.1 ? Agradezco respuesta.
I have assigned IPs to each speaker and they connected for 1 day. This morning I opened the app only to find “no products found”. In system settings it tells me to “update network “ which finds both speakers, connects to the WiFi, only to revert back to “no products found. I did this routine 3 times and still have no music. What is wrong with this scenario?
Sometimes after a Sonos update (such as the current one that’s available now) you may see in System Settings that a component is not connected. The warning may appear even though there was no “Update Failed” screen at the end. Unless you can readily identify the room containing the component discovery may be a PITA 😂Sonos suggests following the steps in this link. Those steps can appear a bit daunting at times. Especially, if you have several Sonos components of the same type. Here are some steps you can try that are less time consuming and may yield quicker results:Wait a few minutes to see if the component(s) reappears and the warning goes away Close the Sonos app and Reopen It Stop the Sonos app and Restart it _iPhone users click here / Android users click here Start a music stream to the room via Spotify, Apple Music, SirusXM or other service to awaken the component If none of the above resolve the issue then follow the steps suggested by Sonos in the link above * * Never Factor
No connection at all this am to any room or devices #quiet house #sonos junk FIX IT!
I know the update was terrible and buggy and everything that is bad about software development, but I think the fidelity of the sound has improved… or am I going insane?
I swapped internet provider and can’t update my Sonos one tried reset and plugging into Ethernet cable ?
We recently dug our Sonos 3 out of the closet (used only during our wedding) to start using it again but it will not update - and it states an update is necessary to use the device. Now I find out it’s not supported??
We continue to have issues with the sonos app staying connected to our system. When I first access the system using the mobile app, there isn’t much of a delay in responsiveness - I press play and it plays within a second or so. When I switch from the Sonos app on my iPhone/iPad to another app for a bit and then switch back to the Sonos app, there is a 10-15 second delay where it will not connect to the system. If I press skip or try to change the volume, nothing happens. Eventually if I wait long enough, it connects and is reasonably responsive again.I don’t have the issue when I use the app on my mac. Any suggestions? Thanks
Noticed this week that all the speakers associated with my TV have disappeared from my system. Absolutely no sign of themPlaybarPlay 1 x 2 Tried adding them and that doesn’t work. Now begining to worry that the other speakers in my network will soon go the same way. Tried using the speakers using Tidal and they’re not there either. Its been 2 months now since you “upgraded” your app and since then its been nothing but trouble. I’d like to know how I can use my system please.
Since the IT outage my two Sonos one SL’s have stopped working. I’ve factory reset them, found them and attached them to the WiFi but they are not showing on the app and I can’t turn on the speaker sound to give it commands. My beam and Roam are fine. Any help would be amazing, thank you.
How can I improve the sound quality of my Sonos system without upgrading to new speakers?
I’ve read here that users who never left S1 have less problems, so I was considering applying this to my SONOS Beam.Does anybody know if applying the Factory reset process will also downgrade the controller from S2 to S1 ?
Comment connecter une enceinte sonos de chez Ikea Moderator edit:Google Translate-How to connect a Sonos speaker from Ikea

Is there a SR-150AMP?
Unable to change music channel on sonos 5 speaker
Who designed this terrible app and WHY? I have many Sonos speakers and give them as gifts all the time. I am DONE with Sonos if they don’t fix this truly terrible app. Looking at different options and will switch if I have too. Not accepting this!
Sonos Amp working on WiFi or ethernet no problem at all. All the other sonos not working. All working fine up to a week ago now only Amp.
Thank goodness they finally allowed alarms again after the new app did not include them. But I am still having a problem. Though I can set alarms and turn them off, once music is started with an alarm, I cannot navigate to it in the app to stop it, or see what song is playing. If I navigate to the speaker that it is playing on, the app does not seem to know that it is playing so I cannot adjust anything. Am I missing something or is SONOS app missing more functionality?
After an update in ~May 2024, now my Sonos Connect disconnects after a little over a minute of playing anything (approximately 1 minute and 15 seconds). It briefly disappears from the app, and then reappears a minute later with an empty playlist. I assume the device is crashing and rebooting. This happens if I try to play it independently as well as part of a group of other Sonos devices. I have tried factory resetting it, to no avail, still happens. I keep patiently hoping this is a known issue and a new update will fix it but I just applied the July 2024 update and it still happens. My Connect is sadly basically useless now. Thankfully, my Roam, Beam, and Five work fine; this just affects the Connect. Here are some specific details:Sonos OS: S2Version: 16.3 (build 80155014)Hardware Version: 1.17.5.5-1.0Series ID: C100WM: 0OTP: 1.1.1(1-17-5-zp90-2.1)
I have an ARC, (5) FIVES, (5) 3rd Gen Subs and (4) One's. Going on 4 years now. Everything was working fine, until my router died. I have since replaced the router but now my speakers won't connect.
