How do I find and download updates?

We don’t know where your controller is running, which version it is running, what OS is on your device, etc.
If you’re running your controller on a current iPhone or Android device, you can find updates in the respective app stores. Once that’s done, open the controller and click on the gear icon in the upper right corner, the the word ‘manage’ to the right of the screen above your speakers, and finally on system updates, towards the bottom, which will check to ensure you have the latest firmware running in your speakers.
