Hi, having trouble connecting my two Play 1s to a new network, just had fast fibre installed with an Eero router. 
 

if I factory reset they show up in the app and appear to connect but not properly. 
 

I’ve connected one with an Ethernet cable, that was successful, and I’ve managed to also add the non-wired one. However, it’s not possible to leave it wired and when I disconnect it then can’t use either. There isn’t an option in the app to update network settings on each device as per the article I read. 
 

any suggestions?
