Hello, Since the past few weeks, my Sonos roam would randomly disconnect from the app , running on android tablet and smartphone. Sonos roam is still connected to internet, since music keeps being played, I can still use voice command Google assistant and I can pause or adjust volume from third party app Google home. However I can't control Sonos roam from Sonos app and the app says that Sonos roam isn't connected .

Hello,I have the following problem with one of my Sonos One Gen 2. I am not able to fully connect the Alexa Voice feature to the Sonos One. After going through the connection processSetup → Voice Assistant → add → Amazon AlexaEverything seems fine. I am able to play music via voice commands, but The player does not appear in list of Alexa enabled devices in the Alexa app The new player shows up, when trying to play music via the Alexa app but the attempt then results in the answer (Ich habe Schwierigkeiten die Musik abzuspielen) I am experiencing problems to play the musicI only have this problem with one of my speakers. I tried already to delete all the Alexa voice services in the Sonos app. Then deleted the Alexa skill and deleted all the Sonos devices in the Alexa app. Then remove the problematic player from Sonos and set everything up again. This worked as expected for all devices except the one making the problems. It looks like there is some setting for this specific unique ID of

I’m having an issue with low bass above 50% volume. Sounds great until the 50% mark, then the bass progressively gets lower as the volume goes up to 100%. By full volume there is basically no bass.Is this just a trait with this speaker or do I have an issue?Thank you.

Good evening,Not had this issue before, but the Sonos Arc, Sub and 2 x Sonos SL cuts out when we’re watching TV.  SkyQ, AppleTV, Plex, doesn’t seem to make much difference the source.  It’s also pretty random, we can watch an episode on Amazon Prime and then the next it cuts out.Don’t have cutting out issues with any other Sonos units when listening to music or watching another TV with the Beam unit.Had been happy with Sonos, but growing pretty frustrated over it due to the amount of spend £££.All units are hardwired and wifi is disabled on the units.  This has always been the case, so why problems now.Any suggestions apart from resetting again or ripping out for something else.  I’ve turned off auto updates too now.Diag ref 1839580843

When do you plan to fixthe app?

This has been happening for some time now - but I’ve just put up with it. Randomly - my Arc disconnects from my tv - it shows the tv volume controls on screen for a second (as I’m guessing the arc is disconnected), the sound comes through the tv speaker, then the arc connects again and takes back over the sound.It does this for a minute or so, then works again. This happens maybe once a week? Sometimes not for a few weeks. Ive tried resetting the arc, tried changing the hdmi cable. The system is up to date.

Hi, I’m looking to wall mount a Sonos 5. I don’t have a socket up high on the wall. I could run one but it will still look messy I think having a plug on the wall. How do people usually do it? All I can think to do is cut the plug off, run the cable in the wall and use an inline fuse to make it safer, then hardwire into the socket. I know Sonos wouldn’t recommend it but can this be done and is it what people usually do or am I missing something?

Is it just me, or is it not possible to turn off the status light for a Sonos Connect, when using the new app?The slider in the app lets me choose on or off for the status light, but this has not effect on the Connect itself: the light stays always on.Connect on S2/16.2 79.0-52294App iOS/80.01.30 

I recently bought a Sound Blaster X4 for my Sonos Beam Gen 2 to connect it to my gaming PC. I think I've done everything correctly but I'm not getting any output. While fiddling with the settings last night I managed to get sound but turning my PC on today, there's nothing outputting from the Beam.I connected my PC to the X4 via USB -> X4 to Beam Gen 2 through SPDIF out using the supplied Sonos dongle. I set the default playback to SPDIF Out (Sound Blaster X4). Set up the Beam 2 via the iOS app but didn't connect it to any TVs. Still no sound. What am I doing wrong?

Is it possible to pair more than 2 speakers to the Arc?  We have 2 Era 100’s that are currently connected, but would like to pair an additional if possible. We listen to music a lot, and would like to pair an additional speaker to use outside on the deck to hear the music.

My Sonos ARC was updated today and since the update the sound cuts out (not small drops, full drop).  The App shows it is receiving a signal and the volume can be raised and lowered.  The problem is nothing is coming out of the speaker.  The TV shows it connected, and the ARC shows a connection.It is using 80.00.05-release+20240510.78d060bNot sure what else to do???

Hi all, first post!I have been using a sonos connect amp for streaming music to my outdoor pool area with wired speakers. The sonos connect amp has no rca outputs. I want to know if I can get a sonos port to use the rca line outs to my house stereo system, and have it play the same music stream in sync with the sonos connect amp that is driving my wired pool area speakers.Sorry for the complicated question. Hi, I’m doing some research on sonos API’s and developing an iOS app, with that being said a year or two ago sonos had their developer docs and sample apps, before they re-did their docs and moved to docs.sonos.com, since then.Does anyone still have the old developer docs iOS sonos sample app? So Sonos has a new web app that access my speakers from the internet through my firewall/router.  That’s kind of scary to me.  I don't like most appliances having access from the outside world and that opens to door to hackers to get into my network.  Does anyone know how Sonos opened that hole in my firewall without my knowledge?  Do we know what security is in place to prevent hacking?

My Sonas Ray has worked fine for 18months. In recent weeks, it has lost compatibility with my Sky Q and Philips TV remote controls. I have performed a reset, and tried to repair them but the remotes only control the Sonos intermittently now. Additionally, the Sonos is not visible on the app all time, it drops on an off. My Wifi is stable. Can the above be related to the new App? Which I find terrible 

I've just noticed loads of radio stations have been added to my homepage. I can't delete them as they're greyed out   I also have a new section on my homepage called 'Kat Shoob'. No idea who/what that is. If I delete it it just keeps coming back.  What's going on?

This week, Tidal have started offering high-res and Atmos streaming to lower-tier customers.I can see plenty of albums available in Atmos via the app on my phone, but can’t get Atmos content playing from Tidal on my Sonos surround setup (Beam gen 2, Sub Mini and two Play 1s).Amazon Music plays Atmos content just fine through Sonos (my test album at the moment is Slowdive’s excellent ‘Everything Is Alive’), but if I try the same tracks via Tidal, either through the Sonos app or Airplaying via the Tidal app on my phone, I’m just hearing regular stereo.Will this require an update from Sonos to make Tidal’s Atmos content work on my Sonos setup, or are am I missing something very obvious?

I started out with one system - an Arc. Whenever I watched TV, the Sonos app would show something like TV audio - Dolby 5.1. Along with that, there was an option to increase/decrease the volume or even mute it. At one point, I decided to briefly play iHeartRadio on the arc. That now ALWAYS shows up.I recently added to my system (second TV) an arc, sub, and Era 100’s. I briefly saw the audio control options in the app when I selected the room and then viewed that system. Now the audio controls are missing for the new system and iHeartRadio still shows up.

I recently purchased two Era 300s and while Atmos content tag shows and music plays fine on the Sonos Amazon Music app the atmos tag will not show on the Sonos Apple Music app. I have tried everything (disconnecting Apple Music, reconnecting, rebooting speakers, factory reset, etc.), I even waited 120 minutes to speak to a tech rep who incorrectly was convinced I needed to have 3 separate Sonos speakers to play atmos music… is anyone else experiencing this issue?
