I have a sonos ARC for a Sony OLED TV connected correctly to their Sub (Gen3 and One SLs as soroound). I have another Panasonic MZ2000 OLED TV in the same room. I want to add and buy a second ARC for this second TV. Can i use the same sub that i have allready? (I’m not going to use the two TVs at the same time, only each tv with his ARC). How can i use the same sub (Gen3) connected to different Arc that are not going to execute simultaneosly? (only when his tv is connected). Thank you!

Hi been away for 2 weeks come home and my ray soundbar is not powering up so can't use or access app has anyone come across this before and got any suggestions on what to try many thanks nick

Good morning. I'm trying to install my Sonos Beam 2 on the Sonos app. after the wifi connection step I got a message saying your beam has been imported but may not appear in your audio system. I tried to do a factory reset and still get the same message. The Sonos Beam does not appear in the application and I cannot configure it or install Alexa. any ideas to solve this problem? THANKS

Good evening,Not had this issue before, but the Sonos Arc, Sub and 2 x Sonos SL cuts out when we’re watching TV.  SkyQ, AppleTV, Plex, doesn’t seem to make much difference the source.  It’s also pretty random, we can watch an episode on Amazon Prime and then the next it cuts out.Don’t have cutting out issues with any other Sonos units when listening to music or watching another TV with the Beam unit.Had been happy with Sonos, but growing pretty frustrated over it due to the amount of spend £££.All units are hardwired and wifi is disabled on the units.  This has always been the case, so why problems now.Any suggestions apart from resetting again or ripping out for something else.  I’ve turned off auto updates too now.Diag ref 1839580843

This has been happening for some time now - but I’ve just put up with it. Randomly - my Arc disconnects from my tv - it shows the tv volume controls on screen for a second (as I’m guessing the arc is disconnected), the sound comes through the tv speaker, then the arc connects again and takes back over the sound.It does this for a minute or so, then works again. This happens maybe once a week? Sometimes not for a few weeks. Ive tried resetting the arc, tried changing the hdmi cable. The system is up to date.

Is it possible to pair more than 2 speakers to the Arc?  We have 2 Era 100’s that are currently connected, but would like to pair an additional if possible. We listen to music a lot, and would like to pair an additional speaker to use outside on the deck to hear the music.

I have recently done the update and now my tv won’t connect to my sound bar and speakers. They do work with Alexa and if I play music through the app just not the tv. It comes up with a volume with a cross through it like it’s on mute but it’s not. any help would be great.

HiI have recently purchased 2 Symfonisks to use as background speakers for the Sonos Arc, however the setup still needs some tweaking. And switching between stereo, 5.1, and atmos input sometimes requires me to change some settings.The big issue is that the app often doesn’t work well. The most common problem is the disappearing sliders when setting the audio surround speakers.See the picture. This should have all kinds of sliders.the only solution so far is to remove and reinstall the surround speakers, however in a few hours the problem then re-emerges.Is this a bug?   

I have Sonos playbar connected to Samsung Frame.  I’ve had this configuration for over a year.  Lately, periodically the sound is not working.  I have to ensure everything is powered off and back on.i notice on sonos app when this happens the app doesn’t show room with TV. Moderator edit: Corrected “Play at” to “Playbar” for clarity  

Hello everyone, since the last update, my beam gen 2 automatically get muted when I am watching TV....that has never happend....i have look up in the app but i can't find any optionCould someone help me?

Since the lovely app update and subsequently lack of control some control is actually back,perhaps a new feature.. 😁 But surround sound (ones connected to a playbar and sub) is hardly noticeable.Sub and surround is at max but I don't get any surround sound feeling nor bass. Right now playing video from Netflix and the app says pcm 2.0 and surround spotty at best, some music activates them some but not anything else and the playbar sounds like a mono speaker not the wide feeling I'm used to.Tested Disney and Acolyte but same flat mono sound with absolutely no bass and hardly any surround.  Streaming via a Google TV. 

Just recently started, when I try to airplay to my Sonos beam or roam I’m asked for an “onscreen code”? Assume it’s a phone issue but it’s a recent development and the only article I found is from 5 years ago. IOS 17.5.1 iPhone 14

I am trying to setup my TCL 870 remote control to also control the volume of my Sonos Ray. Every single instruction I can find, points me towards going to system → Specific Room → Select Home Theatre → Select remote.When I try to do this, the only device I can find in the relevant Sonos Room, is my “Ray”. There seems to be no way to add a home theatre system, there is no setting for “Remote” under the Ray, and there seems to be no way to add a home theatre setup. I get the option to add a subwoofer or a pair of stereo speakers, but this is not what I am trying to do; I don’t have a subwoofer, and my other Sonos products are placed in different areas, I don’t want to link them to the TV. All I want to do is to get an option to add my IR capable remote to the system.Any advice?

I currently have my Sub Mini grouped with my Era 300s and Arc for my theater setup. My Sub is grouped with my two Fives. Should I switch my subs around so the Mini is with the Fives and the Sub is with the home theater? Curious if it will improve my theater performance.

Roku Ultra → LG HDMI1LG eARC → Sonos ARCAudio is lagging the video slightly.  Easy to correct if it were the opposite situation.  Given the limited IO jacks on the ARC, I don’t see how to correct.-rich

The optical chord sent to me with my Sonos Ray is too short. Does Sonos offer a longer chord or can I buy one online from another vendor without having to mess up the warranty. If I can buy one from a separate vendor, is there a specific type I need to buy?

Since I have set up my system (which was an ordeal with the new app) I have not been able to use True play to fine tune the system. I get to the stage of "Let's Begin" and I press the button constantly and the process never begins.

I connected my sub, Era speakers, and the arc last week. Since that time, audio or video has been out of sync whereas it was perfect before removing my old system in which all speakers were wired to a receiver.The lip sync setting slider is all the way to the left. Is there a situation where this would even need to be adjusted to the right? Can an additional delay be added so that there's almost no delay at all with the audio?

My Sonas Ray has worked fine for 18months. In recent weeks, it has lost compatibility with my Sky Q and Philips TV remote controls. I have performed a reset, and tried to repair them but the remotes only control the Sonos intermittently now. Additionally, the Sonos is not visible on the app all time, it drops on an off. My Wifi is stable. Can the above be related to the new App? Which I find terrible 

Appears there was an update to the system and now everything is broke.  I managed to reconnect the Playbar back to the TV and get sound but I’m unable to add the Sub to it.. I’ve got the sub connected to the app after many many tries but now its saying I need to register it, I’ve been using this for many many years no issue until now.  I have gone through all the trouble shooting I’ve found online and nothing works.. **update** managed to registered the Sub, but now it still will not connect to Playbar

Hi, I have an old gen 1 system with 2 play 5’s in the kitchen diner & 2 play 1’s in the tv room. I want to use my play 1’s with the tv, connecting with a Sonos Connect and Toslink (optical)I currently have a Bose sound plate connected in the same way - but can I split the optical signal and then to the Connect to play through the Play 1’s at the same time….a kind of home cinema? any help is appreciated  J

I got a sub gen 3 to replace my sub mini in the bedroom but I can’t delete the sub mini because while the sub mini shows up in the bedroom and works - the option for “remove sub” is not there. What do I do.  

I have THE . Beam g2+ 2 ERA 100S  can I add 2 symfonisk 'bookshelf to use as up firing ceiling  audio.  ??
