Connecting beam and era 100 not working with Samsung

Hi, I would like to have advice please for Sonos Beam first gen and Era 100 please.

Hi. I don’t think Era 100s can be used as surrounds for a Beam gen 1. I am not totally confident about that but have hunted around for a definitive statement without success. When I owned a Playbar it was not possible to add Era 100s as surrounds to it.

As @controlav suggests, we would need to know how and where the process is breaking down to be able to help.
