What is the problem you are having, exactly?

Hi.  I don’t think Era 100s can be used as surrounds for a Beam gen 1.  I am not totally confident about that but have hunted around for a definitive statement without success.  When I owned a Playbar it was not possible to add Era 100s as surrounds to it.

As @controlav suggests, we would need to know how and where the process is breaking down to be able to help.

Moderator edit: Era 100 is compatible with Beam (Gen 1)

Also how many Era 100s do you have by the way? Do you have a pair?
