May i ask, how can i let the Amp & Arc work on projector and firestick?

You’ll usually need a 3rd party “box” that can send HDMI-eARC to the SONOS ARC and video to the projector.
Which model projector are you using? Do you have an HDMI connection between the projector and the SONOS ARC?
Yes. The HDMI is connected between the projector and Arc.
You’ll need the “box”.
