Just bought a new arc and trying to get it fine tuned. Playing Jack Ryan on Amazon prime. I am able to get Dolby digital plus but not Dolby atmos. I using Earc from LG Oled C 65” to Arc. I think I have everything switched properly. Sonos said Dolby Digital plus 5.1 is the same as Dolby atmos.

Jack Ryan is playing Atmos here on Prime. A couple things to check:
- What language are you playing? Not all of them are in Atmos. I have “English” on Atmos and “English Dialogue Boost:Low/Medium/High” on DD+ 5.1
- Do you pay the add-free tier of Prime Video?

Amazon Prime is only DD+ 5.1 unless you pay the $2.99 extra per month.
