My Sonos player suddenly lost the signal from Apple TV but is able to play all other sources. I’ve updated the Apple TV (4k) and it still does not connect to the player. A reset on the TV and Apple TV provided no solution either. The software update on Apple TV is current as well.  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It’s no longer intuitive at all how to connect to an external source like the tv. Systems also no longer correctly automatically  connect to devices live TV when turned on.

I just received my Era 300 speakers. I’m kinda bummed because the center driver is not in use when watching non-Dolby atmos content. Dialogue totally fades to the other surrounding drivers. It throws off the sound. I had the Sonos ones prior to this… for the price point i feel this speaker should be multifunctional and the front driver should still be utilized when watching NON-Dolby almost content. I love music and would have loved to experience the 300’s fully functional. 😶  

I am tryiing to set my 2 Sonos Ones up as surround speakers for my Beam Gen 2 but it is simply not working.  I’ve tried everything, reboots, turning off my mesh nodes, hardwiring, disabling wifi, the works.For an expensive product this is pretty unacceptable, considering I’ve seen many similar posts on here.

I have 2 Sonos amps that power outside speakers in my backyard. I am trying to find a way to connect wirelessly between an outdoor TV and the outdoor speakers. If I add a Sonos sound bar of some type can I pair the sound bar to the amps to Allow all speakers to play what is on the TV?

Can someone tell me what to do to get my home theater working again

Hello i use a sub arc and two one working fine but want to uogradei buy two era 300 and now I did nt ear in the era , when I test surround I ear the arc and one era et second lowthabks 

I have a beam and added two additional speakers.   When I play music I can hear my surround sound.   but when I am watching tv I don’t hear surround sound.  Only hear sound out of my beam.  What am I missing.   Lg tv Beam connected to tv Everything is else is wireless.    

Hi, I just bought a brand new Arc and set it up this past week. I’m facing issues with Apple TV where it will have popping noise when scrolling through certain apps. It seems to occur whenever the TV output is switching from Dolby Atmos to Stereo or some other format, however it’s not exclusively only occurring when switching formats. It is most prominent in Netflix where scrolling between tiles is causing the popping noise. I have a Sony X93L, connected over the originally supplied HDMI with the ARC plugged into the eARC port. All the settings are to conduct passthrough of the audio, so blurays, TV, all seem to be passing the audio just fine. I thought popping issue was resolved in Sonos update 15.10, but somehow it’s there for this brand new unit. 

Hi team,After 3 years of daily use my arc began popping today. I had to hard reset my TV and ever since the popping noise comes and goes.I’ve reset the arc and have not changed any settings on my Sony A90j. Any thoughts on potential solutions?

Cześć. Na początku wspomnę, że nie znam się na tym,ale według mnie albo ja robię coś źle albo mój nowy głośnik jest do wymiany. Mam Sonos soundbar BEAM Gen 2, a wczoraj zakupiłam 2x głośnik Era 300. Postawiłam je na stojakach za kanapą.Kiedy siedzę na środku kanapy to prawy głośnik gra ciszej  ( dwa głośniki ustawione na tym samym poziomie głośności). Ponawiam się ustawieniami ,ale nic to nie dało....Pomyślałam,że powodem może być to , że prawy głośnik stoi blisko rogu ścian, dlatego wymieniłam prawy głośnik na lewy, a lewy na prawy i okazuje się,że po zamianie prawy głośnik gra głośniej niż lewy. I have an Arc, 2 One SL speakers, and a Sub in my media room; however, I can only hear vocals out of the Arc. Do I need another set of speakers to put behind my couch to hear vocal content? If so, which ones? If not, what might I need to do to be able to fix this situation? Ideally, I would like to have full surround sound.

Hello all,Just did the update to the newest Sonos app. Disney Plus now has no Atmos. It has worked previously and Netflix is still showing Atmos working fine. Everything else on the Hisense has stayed the same.Any thoughts? 

I recently moved. I set up the system a bit differently than at my old location.  I repurposed 2 one Sl’s that had been used as mono speakers in different rooms as surrounds to my arc. That works fine.   However, one of the speakers (originally called dining room) continues to show up as dining room in Apple Music when I choose where to send the music.  The nonexistent speaker appears in Airplay on every device.  It’s confusing because I now have another speaker called dining room.  I temporarily renamed the active speaker so I can tell them apart.  I don’t see this as a good long term solution.How do I get rid of the nonexistent dining room speaker in Apple Music?  Any help would be most appreciated.

I have had a Sonos Move for a year now and have had no problems with it. I have just bought a Sonos Arc and after trying multiple different ways of connecting it to my system & Sony TV, I can’t seem to get it connected. If anyone has had similar issues and resolved them I'd appreciate any help.

Have been trying to debug this for a while. Hasn’t worked properly since day 1. Got a SONOS Gen 2 Beam, sub and a couple of wall speakers to provide home theater for new Frame TV (uses Connect One box). It plays music just fine, but will not play from the TV. The TV recognizes the input, but when trying to set up the Beam via the SONOS app, it doesn’t detect the ARC signal. I’m at a loss. Feel like I’ve tried everything...power cycling, checking connections, etc.

HI,Arc factory reset. green light flash waiting to connect sonos.Install new sonos app on ios 16.6, create new sonos account.Router 2.4G, band 6Phone & Arc connected to the router, can see both ip in router ip list. Try connect arc to sonos app, app can find arc, then error says ‘the connection to your sonos arc was lost. Make sure sonos arc is powed on’try another device , Install 16.1 sonos app on ios 15.4,  app can not find arcany suggestion?
