Sonos Arc Voice Imbalance Issue: Seeking Solutions

Hi everyone,

I recently upgraded from the Sonos Playbase to a Sonos Arc, paired with 2x Sonos Play:3. While the overall sound quality is spectacular, I've noticed a specific issue: when people are talking, the sound from the Sonos Arc is more pronounced on the left side.

After doing some research, I discovered that this seems to be a common issue with the Sonos Arc, possibly related to the placement of the tweeter on the left side (specifically for voices).

Has anyone found a solution to this issue? Are there any upcoming software updates that might help balance the voice output?
