Hi,When headtracking is enabled, the LED does’nt work.Any suggestion please?
Hello. Apologies if this has been asked already (I did look but couldn’t immediately see if this was already asked)…..I would be grateful if someone (ideally Sonos themselves) can detail whether or not the Ace will ever be given an audio swap feature with non soundbar speakers?I have a pair of One’s on my desk and I would love to be able to, at times, send the audio to my headphones in a seamless way. A couple of use cases for this;Transferring audio from speakers to headphones when it gets late and the wife/kids go to bed. I have an open ‘office’ area, so cannot listen to speaker music later in the evening without disturbing others Transferring audio from the speakers to the headphones when I want to do a burst of focus work and prefer the audio more ‘direct’ - rather than just blasting music from the speakersThe point is for the transition to be seamless - i.e. just re-direct an existing playlist / radio station / song from one audio output to another.Currently if I do this, I nee
Sonos Moderators (if you’re listening):If you want to be THE CONSUMER PREFERRED SOUND/LISTENING VENDOR for Music, TV and more:Why would you: Put headphones into the marketplace that can’t simultaneously be used with Sonos Arc? Think of white space in the marketplace and build hardware and software that creates a palpable Value proposition in the TV/Music sound space? Before developing a product or software, exhaust research into the space to determine what’s missing in both Sonos’ portfolio and in the marketplace, i.e., answer this question: what does the consumer need that can’t be or is not supported by peer equipment/systems? Who’s “Looking Around the Corner” to de Foresee, envision, anticipate, common TV/Music experiences and build to the various scenarios of listening needs of the consumers that you intend to sell to? Engage, Respond To the Sonos Community and build hardware/software that allows for simultaneous deployment of the Sonos Ace and Sonos Arc (and other outputs)?
Just recently bought the sonos ace - immediately it has issues with playback, where the sound will disappear in the middle of a song for a split second and come back. How do I fix this? This happens every few often and it's terribly annoying
I thought Sonos Ace headphones were compatible with the Sonos system. I want to listen to my CD and phono, which are connected via ports, using the Ace headphones. Not polssible say Sonos. I can’t even listen to my Sonos music library! These headphones are worthless. I can’t believe they are not compatible my Sonos system. Disclaimers should be made by Sonos. Now I’m getting grief about returning them. Very unhappy Sonos user.
David. Moderator edit:Google Translate-Hello community,I'll explain my problem. I was given the SONOS ACE headset for Christmas, which is a very good product and which I tested in store before.I have at home, a playbar, a GEN1 sub and 6 play 1 speakers. However, I wanted to connect, following all the instructions, my ACE headset to my system, and nothing works.Does anyone among you have the solution, before returning to the store. Thanks in advance.David.
Trying to listen to dolby Atmos tracks on my Ace through some music but it only ever shows as 'lossless'. I am using a wired connection from ace to my phone. Setting for head tracking on in Sonos ace. What am I missing?
Can I play Ace and Arc simultaneously? If not, why not?
Is there a way to adjust what the microphone will pick up? It’s almost impossible to answer a phone call on the Sonos Ace headphones if there is any background noise at all. The person on the other end can hardly hear you talk but can hear everything around you. A caller the other day could even hear my husbands flip flops while walking. Never had this issue with my Apple headphones so hoping it’s just a setting issue.
Hi Considering purchasing Ace headphones for Sonos compatibility but still have Playbase as main TV soundbar. Its paired with Sub Mini which is newer tech - is there no way you’ll be incorporating TV audio swap for Playbase ( it’s newer than Playbar) or able to work via Mini?it’s just a dealbreaker over the £100 extra over say Sony or Sennheiser quality ANC headphones otherwise thanks
Can I pair one Ace to bluetooth Sonos…eg Arc or Move and pair another Ace to Ipad.playing music on Ipad that is also bluetooth connected to Move…then we got two Ace listening to ipad music?
HiSonos Ace not being seen in Sonos S2 application.Currently have Beam 2 and 2x Lives working great via the app, running on Android. The headphones however will not connect in the app. They are connected find via my phones BT and media works fine to them. But when trying to Add in app, just errors during setup.App is up to date. Can anyone help please?Thank you
Since the Sonos Ace doesn’t come with an included power brick, can I use the apple 20W charger to charge the headphone’s battery? I see that the recommended wattage is 15W, but I don’t have any brick with those specifications. Are the headphones able to manage power by themselves using the provided USB-C cable?
I’m a senior, can’t hear tv well. Have Bluetooth 5.3 Transmitter for TV with aptX-Adaptive & Low Latency,I want to purchase Ace headphones. Will they connect to a Bluetooth transmitter?
I’m looking to get a set of Bluetooth headphones. I can’t justify buying the new Sonos ones so my question is are all Bluetooth’ phones compatible with my Sonos system which consists of , Beam,Port,Mini Woofer and two One SL surround speakers? Thanks in advance.
I’ve had the Ace headphones since the day it came out and have not really experienced any problems.Ever since version 3.1.4 i’ve been having issues with the Microphone Volume. While using video conferencing software my microphone volume significantly drops and people on the other end are not able to hear me. It’s also erratic, sometimes I can be on a call for 30 seconds and it immediately drops out, other times I can be on multiple calls and it only drops out after 5 minutes. I’ve factory reset the headphones, which makes it work for a few calls - but then it immediately starts reducing the volume again. Its almost as though the background noise filter is picking up my voice and trying to cancel it out. It’s gotten so bad that I cannot use the mic on the headphones anymore and I have to use my laptop or webcamera microphone. Is this a known issue, and do we know when this will be rectified?I’m using a Mac
I paired Sonos Ace using bluetooth in my Macbook pro. However, the Ace is not showing up as sound output device. I have a roam and it’s showing and I can play music from my Macbook pro, but not with the Ace. Any anyone help me?
I will be actively using my Sonos Ace headphones connected via Bluetooth to my Samsung Galaxy. During playback, the headphones will completely disconnect and I have to manually reconnect them to my phone in the Bluetooth settings. Has anyone else encountered this and/or solved? I do not have multipoint turned on. The phone is literally right by me. I’ve restarted all devices and still encounter this problem.
Does anyone know if you have music playing thru one of the approved soundbars from the Sonos app, say Pandora, Apple Music, etc. can you swap that music to the Sonos Ace headphones? Or is it only the device that is physically connected with the HDMI or Optical that gets swaped.I want to use them in my workshop for when I need ear protection but want to continue to listen to the audio stream whether it be the TV or a music stream started from the Sonos App. I’ll buy a Beam and attach it to the TV if this works. I could play Pandora, etc. thru the TV with Roku and make it work, but if I want to have the game on the TV and listen to music this doesn’t work for me. Plus I will have a Play 3 grouped as well as a Port or Amp.If they would allow APP Audio Swapping with the Port or an Amp, I wouldn’t need the Beam, just saying.
I have a question
In our country sell new headphones Sonos, offers a lot, the price is very different from different sellers, are there fakes on these headphones and how to determine whether it is a fake or original, maybe there is an opportunity to check the serial number, I will be grateful for any information, thank you!
I watched my shows last night with my Sonos Ace so that my wife is not bothered with the sound. Worked perfectly! The headphones were so comfortable I ended up falling asleep with them on. This is the second time this happened. With that, I woke up to a completely dead pair of headphones which isn’t the worst thing in the world. Quick charge got them ready for my day pretty quickly. I’m probably an outlier and there are other patches/fixes to work on but in the future, can we get a “sleep” feature for the headphones akin to the sleep feature on tvs? Thanks!
I can't reset my headphones. The light is purple, not white not blue
My Sonos system does not recognize my new Ace headphones. My Bluetooth network has added the Ace headphones. I have tried to unrecognized the headphones as well as reset factory settings.
How can I get TV sound to play simultaneously through my Arc system (Arc , One’s, Gen 2Sub) ?
