hello, i bought a sonos ace, and when i went back to my country i inbox it and see that bluetooth not working, it keep showing me purple light, when i restart the blue light flash for two sc and go back purple, i tried to reboot by plugning usb, by keep pressing power 3 7 1000 seconde nothning work, contact me please, am not happy at all
There shouldn’t be a purple status light, are you sure that it isn’t a blue light:

What music source are you trying to play as the behaviour that you describe appears to showing the the Ace are correctly pairing with your device.
NO its purple or mix of yellow and blue
I suggest that you call Sonos technical support to address your issue.
So the only time a purple light is ever on any of the equipment is if the equipment was removed from a store where it was a display and was stolen it is a security protocol to keep any equipment that managed to get out of a store not to be used still so nice try buddy
