I have een old tv without bluetooth is it possible to buy some kind of device . So i can use my sonos ace wireless . I have a cheap bluetooth transmitter but won't work. So if it is possible i don't want to spend a lot of money.
It seems my Sonos Ace are lacking the ‘welcoming’ and ‘farewell’ sound when turned on and off or working, well, on and of, at least experienced not indicating this on a regular basis. It’s quite annoying not really knowing if the agre turned on or off. They have been update 1-2 times since i bought them in advance as pre-order at www.sonos.com when launced, recently updated to latest 3.1.4.e16.1c539 version late 2024.
I’m experiencing an issue with the Sonos Ace where there is an audio delay when watching live streams or playing games when connected via Bluetooth. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Will there be a firmware update in the future?
There’s a previous thread about this that has been closed, but the problem still hasn’t been resolved, despite it also being mentioned in reviews.I haven’t been using my Ace for a few months, but I did so tonight and the problem is very visible. This time from the beginning. Previously it seemd to worsen the longer I watched. My Sonos Arc is in sync, when used alone, but Ace is behind, so it can’t be adjusted in the app either.Funny. Just a few minutes after writing this, there was a glitch in the sound and the sync improved. No idea what happened.

Hi,I am looking for a definite answer to the 2 following questions:Do the Sonos ACE work with Win11 and Teams via BT connection? If yes, how do they perform in terms of masking background noise?
Hey, I’ve been noticing recently that my Sonos Ace plays a beep sound and suddenly stops playing/recording any sounds. The weird thing is the headphone is still connected and is selected as the audio source in Mac and Teams, but it just doesn’t work. I either have to turn it on/off, or recently found that switching the audio device in both Mac/Teams gets it back to a working state.I’m suspecting it’s a sleep/idle-detection issue, where it “thinks” it’s idling and goes into a hibernate mode to save power.Anyone else has had this issue? It’s very frustrating, specially during some important meetings where it happens.
I’m thinking of buying 2 Ace headphones and i have 2 ultra soundbars at home. One in the basement and one in the living room. Will there be any interference of sound if both are on at the same time? Is this connection (ace to ultra) Wifi or bluetooth? Thanks
I Bought today my sonos ace and it is not working wear detection. Really dissapointing should be easy and straightforward as its competitors. What should I do?. Settings seems ok allowing werar detection and play/pause is activated. Really frustrating first day and already with issues.
Hi, I’m interested in the Sonos Ace Headsets but want to make sure I can connect two of them at the same time so my better half and I can watch TV without disturbing the rest of the family? If the answer to my question is a yes, I’ll be placing an order immediately if not I’ll have to wait until that feature becomes available. Thanks!
Got the Sonos Ace when it came out. Was able to connect fine to my Arc and eventually my two Beams (Gen 1) in various rooms when they updated the software. Haven’t used my headset in a while and just tried TV Swap and it won’t work. Every time I press the connect button and it makes the searching tone, it just plays a thud sound and reconnects to Bluetooth. I updated to the most recent software. I factory reset the headphones and added them back to my account. Still no luck. Anyone else having this issue and know a fix? Continue to be disappointed with the new and improved Sonos. Had their system for over a decade and it was simply bulletproof. For the last year it’s been nothing but connection and software issues all the time. Amazing they could screw up such a good thing.
When connecting the headphones to the TV will the TV still play through my other Sonos speakers? My wife is hard of hearing and want to her use the headphones while we are both watching TV
Hi,I Can't find the button for swap between Ace headphones and Beam 2. S2 and Ace are updated...
Given the unexplained delay in rolling out TrueCinema capabilities on the Ace, the genius marketing gurus at Sonos better not make me have to buy Arc Ultra to get the promised TrueCinema functionality.Just saying...nothing would surprise me.
Do you know how to fix my Sonos Ace to produce sound and get the mic to work on Windows 11? I’ve tried all the steps you could think of, but nothing has worked. I‘ve been uninstalling and reinstalling the hardware devices. Help! TIA!
Bought the Sonos Ace headphones as soon as they were available. The protective travel case has had a tricky zip on it from the day I got it, but finally today it has jammed completely.Do Sonos replace these under warranty? Seems like a poorly designed zip. Or did I just have bad luck with the one on the case I got?
Hi, Can we get a parametric EQ for the Sonos Ace through an update? The current bass and treble sliders aren’t doing enough for me.
Can you simultaneously connect two Ace headsets to soundbar for audio play? Secondly, can you connect one ACE headset and still have audio play over the Arc soundbar?
I own a pair of Black Sonos Ace headphones from new. I’ve noticed the metal finish of the stems is now flaking off, so I get glitter debris coming off the headphones. has anyone else had this issue, and if so how was it resolved?
Hi,someone is selling unopened box ace as they got them as a gift. How do I make sure these are not fakes?is there a way? thank you
Before I audition Ace, how do I listen to Atmos or lossless with my iPhone? Sorry, it’s not clear to me from the promo lit. Thanks,Tom
I am having a problem with my Ace Headphones to connecting properly with my new PC. They cut out and can’t keep a connection. I have updated all of the drivers on the PC and have uninstalled the Ace from the PC. Even did a factory reset on the headphones. These work perfectly on both my MacBooks and my iPhone. I am new to PC … but Sonos headphones should work with Windows, right? Can someone help a Mac guy with a PC problem?
Hi all,Is there any plan for a function to disable the blue light that shows it is on. I could find it quite disturbing in the dark or in the plane when everyone is sleeping.Think of neighbors and others is unusual .. but yes I do care :)
To be a competitor in the apple-domain - please support Airplay. This would bring the headphones to a whole new level when living the Apple dream.
