Sonos Ace Android App connection issue HELP??

Hi

Sonos Ace not being seen in Sonos S2 application.

Currently have Beam 2 and 2x Lives working great via the app, running on Android.  The headphones however will not connect in the app.  They are connected find via my phones BT and media works fine to them. But when trying to Add in app, just errors during setup.

App is up to date.

 

Can anyone help please?

Hi

“We couldn’t add your Sonos Ace.  Check your Bluetooth connection and try again”

I try again, same error, try again and then states.  “Sorry cant establish connection, turn off headphones and try again later” :(

 

It does initially see them in the app to “Add” but wont complete the process.  The phone is connected fine to headphones via Bluetooth.

Are you going through the troubleshooting steps in the App?

Have you Paired the Ace with more than one device? Unpair all but the one you are working with.
