Is anybody else observed the quality of the Ace case is poor and the zip design allows it to stick ? I fear the case material also won’t last , is there an improved case planned ? The case also marks easily.

Thank you for the feedback regarding the Sonos Ace’s case, I’ll forward this to the relevant team.
I haven’t used the case on my Ace that much but I always put my Ace in them when I’m not using them; I haven’t noticed any issues myself with the zipper or case itself on my end. We don’t have another type of case planned (at least from what I can see) so your best bet would be either a third party case if you’re not happy with the one that came with the Ace, or to contact sales/support if the case is broken.

Yeah contact of Sonos proving difficult, I wanted them to know that their case is not in keeping with the quality of their products. Bose case was far more robust
