Sonos Ace Microphone Picking Up All Background Noise

Is there a way to adjust what the microphone will pick up? It’s almost impossible to answer a phone call on the Sonos Ace headphones if there is any background noise at all. The person on the other end can hardly hear you talk but can hear everything around you. A caller the other day could even hear my husbands flip flops while walking. 

Never had this issue with my Apple headphones so hoping it’s just a setting issue.

Thanks HBowron for you comment. I experience the same problem. I experience an excellent noise cancelation, but my audience not. It is especially my colleagues who complaint about my Ace. Sonos, do you have tips for us to improve?

Has Sonos resolved this problem yet

I can't call anyone as they can't hear me with all the background noise if I'm outside or people talking around me in my office etc.
