I am at a complete loss here — even after spending an hour and a half with Sonos customer service today, I haven’t been able to find a solution.I wasn’t able to reauthorize Apple Music, so I removed the service to add it back that way but have been unable to do so even after:resetting internet (including custom DNS per Sonos rep)  resetting Sonos system trying on different devices deleting, resetting appAny ideas on things to try? I’m able to add other services (added, removed, re-added Spotify and Amazon Music), but every time I try to do Apple Music I get a “Something went wrong: Check your internet connection and try again.”If it helps, I have a system with: Era 300, Roam, Amp, Frame, Bookshelf and Play:3

Hello all,I have a house full of Sonos Play 3s and a Sonos 5 speaker that were old on my IOT WiFi network.  I wanted to move them back to my non-IOT WiFi network, which proved impossible using the normal “update your network” workflow through the app.  I got frustrated and factory reset every single speaker and connected them to my non-IOT network one by one.  Well, three days later and half the speakers migrated back to the old IOT network, and some didn’t.  I see both networks listed again in the app, and even when I try to delete the old network, it reappears about 10 seconds later.  Any ideas on how to fix this once and for all, I’ve wasted enough time trying to fix this and am tiring of constantly having to be patient with this system.Thanks in advance.

When streaming music at advanced volume levels the output level drops in sympathy with sibilant sounds, similar to severe compression. The effect isn't apparent on any other Sonos speaker in my system.

Trying to get the app to find my Play 1s after I changed the router.   Successfully reset it to factory settings and set it up with one connected to router and the other on the same wifi channel. Linked as a stereo.  System found the registration etc.  All good until I unplugged and moved to my living room.  Now app can’t find the products. 

This happens on my Move 2 pair and Era 300 from all music sources including local library.  Move 2 resets if placed on charger momentarily. Barry is at 99% btw. On eras the non working speaker has to be power cycled.  Diagnostic **Moderator Note: Diagnostic removed for privacy*

The audio coming from my Sonos port is delayed compared to the rest of my Sonos speakers. Is there a way to sync it?

Hi, a few questions.Since last update all my library album cover won’t show up anymore. On phone nor on windows.Why can't I use SONOS for my library when the internet is down? Everything (NAS etc. )is connected to the home WiFi. For such as expensive system that should be possible..Thanks

Hello, after updating to the new crazy broken, worse and I couldn't even imagine this new nightmare update with constant bugs app, can't add my sonos sub. The sonos sub can't no longer added to the new app. I tried to change the ownership that doesn't work.I tried to uninstall install again the app close and open like to communicate guiding me what should I do unfortunately this isn't helping either.Every experience now with sonos is a nightmare.Anyone know how to deal with those new bugs ?

I am so disappointed in Sonos - have been using it for over 10 years… service is now just garbage. I needed to switch to a new router- this should be a push of a button. It could not be done without call help desk - 1 hour waiting - 40 minutes on the phone - then he got it working w Ethernet only.  Tried to switch to wifi - followed instructions - not recognizing any products - no viable solution on the website… only has direction for S1 I have S2…Back on a call for support - message was 50 minute wait - actually waited an hour and 20 minutes before I had to leave for an appointment.  This is ridiculous…. I have 8 speakers and want out. Will not use the upgrade options because I don’t want to continue my investment in this company.Any advice on best alternatives?

I am trying to connect my sky glass remote to my gen 1 sonos beam. The beam is connect via the admin arc socket. I have two ones and a sub connected as well. How do I get the beam to recognise the sky remote? Currently using a One for All remote for the volume which is frustrating. 

The playback indicator (the little animated graph) that moves when a speaker is playing a source is no longer being displayed in iOS app.  

Roam 1 once the battery failed the device was useless.  It will not work even with the power cable connected.

I can no longer play radio stations from around the world using the My Tuner Radio on my Sonos speakers. As this was one of the main reasons for buying Sonos I’m not very happy. Has anyone  had the same issue, is there a solution, does Sonos know etc. if it cant be fixed I will be selling my Sonos and going with another system.

Seit dem App Update sehe ich zwar meine einzelnen Räume, kann diese auch einzeln ansteuern aber ich kann z.b. nicht mehr in der ganzen Wohnung bzw. In nicht mehr als einem Raum gleichzeitig Musik hören.Was kann ich tun?🤔 Dir Komponenten sind alle mit dem selben WiFi verbunden undalles inkl. Router neu gestartet habe ich natürlich auch schon. Wer weiß was? Viele Grüße 

Hello!I use Google assistant for everything, and bought this Sonos BEAM beacause it now supports GA.The thing is, even if it is available for PT (as I said, I use it daily at my home), Sonos does not officially support it… so I cannot add it to my speakers. Is there a way to do this?

All six speakers show up in the system. Only one of six speakers actually play. When I select other speakers or use “everywhere” I get a banner saying “unable to connect, try again later”. When playing music on the one speaker that works it stops after a few songs and goes back to the first song in the playlist…. I have turned off the router and signed out and back in etc.  Needless to say, we have had all kinds of issues since the catastrophic launch of the new app. Very grateful if someone can

I changed my broadband provider today, as expected, non of my sonos devices work, none of the instructions in the app on line fix, the device works with an ethernet cable in, remove the cable and it doesn’t. Why on earth in 2024 are Sonos products completely incapable of working whereas everything else does, how can they get it soo wrong. Wasted hours and hours of my day for nowt.

So we just moved into a new house with a Sonos system installed. I have hard wired the ports into the eeros router and they showing up on there. I go through the set up and get to the stage that says push the button to continue. I press and press and nothing happens? What am I doing wrong lol I cannot get past this step 

So I’ve reached out to support about this numerous times and the two answers I’ve gotten are:A) Move closer to your WiFi RouterB) The Sonos Move 2 Speakers cannot handle the bandwidth of Lossless Audio over WiFi. I’m sure these support agents have no idea what they’re talking about.  The issue is with the speakers themselves, and can be resolved by writing better firmware.To disprove the claim that I am too far from my WiFi router, I went ahead and upgraded my already top-of-the-line-but-several-years-old WiFi router to an even better one.  I’m glad I spent the money on it.  It’s a better router with superior configuration options for techy people like myself.  Same connectivity issues with my Move 2 speakers.  Everything else works great on it including my other Sonos devices. If the second claim is true (the speakers can’t handle lossless audio) then I have to wonder why they were built in the first place?  They produce great q
