Get help and assistance with your Sonos system

I recently switched to a new Spotify account. How can I transfer in the Sonos app on my Mac all playlists to this new account? Thnx, for every useful solution.

When will the app do better?My issues overal not workingNot finding my system everytime it starts upNot able to find last items played Not finding favoritesNot able to adjust volumeI always used the Sonos app with spolltify now O use Spotify again and Yess mot able to group devices..Me and My Sonos devices and apps go way back... But the Experience is not very nice at the moment...I hope it will improve fast. Harvey

In the new “upgraded” app, the “Edit Home” button doesn’t work correctly.  It lets me modify things, like removing old “favorites” or pinned items, but then the next time I open the app, it’s all there again.  It also keeps removing my Music Library, which is the main functionality how I use Sonos. Recently, it completely removed it, and after about an hour of reading the community posts, I figured out that I could re-enable my Music Library on the Windows App, thereby allowing me to access it again on my Android app. Is there a plan to fix the “Edit Home” so that your edits actually stay? 

Hi, I know I can connect my Bluetooth turntable to my Era 100 pair but is there a way to get the audio from the 100’s to my Arc soundbar?  Thanks for any help. 

Hi All, I have recently dumped Sky for an updated router (Smart Hub2) plus booster WiFi Disc and EE TV Pro box. Sonos support helped me reboot all the sonos system 1x  Playbar, 2 x Play 1 and a subwoofer onto the new network and that works well for music. But.. for the life of me I cannot connect the sonos surround system to the EE Tv Pro box! The tv is on the same new network and the surround system works well when watching Netflix from the app on tv but the sound from all channels from EE box are in stereo and has a poor speech level. The only setting on the EE tv box relating to sound gives you an option to have “stereo” or “surround” but when surround is selected the speech level drops and still no surround sound in 5.1 is delivered. The TV (LG 2 yr old) is connected to Playbar using optical cable and the only connection options left on the EE box are; USB, Ariel in & out and  SPDIF sockets. The settings on the EE box mention connecting surround sound using a HDMI, but how? The

Sonos WHY are you advertising new products etc when you're ignoring your loyal customers who made the mistake of buying Sonos products, YOUR APP DOES NOT WORK! A simple command i.e. turn up/down the volume still does not work It is dangerously glitchy, if i turn it up it just jumps up/down after 5 or 10 seconds, this is ridiculous, Could you please reply with an honest answer?

sonos ray wont connect to LG tv. ive been through diagnosics set up, but stumped each time it tries to find rv. cable in correct place, caps off , before anyone asks. not sure what else to do? The chat guy said in needed to phone . Is there another way to connect. even the tv bluetooth does recognise the speaker

Hi Team, I have a Roam (and a move and many other products) but my Roam just stopped turning on. Tried all the YouTube videos, but cant get it going. Any suggestions? Pretty frustrating for a premium product like this to go at 1 year.

After upgrading my Router from T-Mobile, my Play:1 will no longer connect. I split my network now and the Play:1 will not even connect to a WPA2 network. Is this anything more than a doorstop at this point? Will Sonos give me a trade in credit?Diagnostics Sent.  #********.  Waited on phone for 30 minutes.  Now Tech Service wait is 60 mins on phone.  No thanks…Moderator edit: Huge title moved to main body of post. When my Sonos Playlist contains Apple Music Dolby Atmos tracks, those tracks will NOT crossfade. The first track has to end fully before the second is heard but starts 10 secs in (ie. no 10-second fade-up).Crossfade works fine with non-Atmos tracks.Is the Sonos bandwidth just not up to playing two Atmos tracks over one another? (I have a Sonos Arc with sub and surrounds.)

Got new wifi and Want to Connect my sub. I reset it, the light flash white and orange. Then i try to Connect with my app, that goes all good until i have to Press the button on the sub, that it would register and i can’t go no longer, what cand i do? The sub still flash white and orange

I can't downgrade the speaker to S1, unfortunately I have 2 speakers stopping me from moving to S2 so I need to do this downgrade. I installed v16.1 of the app but it prevents me from doing the downgrade and instead forces an update of the app. The wait time on the phone is 60 minutes  (probably due to all the new app issues) and I can't wait that long during open hours....is there a way to do this at all anymore?

I am just at the end of my tether . Today both android apps keep crashing and I can't access anything. My imac where my local library is now says access denied . I spent 48 hours weeks ago getting the damn thing to recognise my library. Got it to work and now today the whole thing is playing up. I can't play anything from my local library. It's saying access denied AGAIN.  WHAT ON EARTH IS GOING ON !!!!!! IM SO ANGRY WITH WASTING MY TIME FIXING BUGS AND ISSUES CAUSED BY THIS NEW APP ITS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND RIDICULOUS. SONOS , YOU SHOULD HAVE ALLOWED PEOPLE TO REVERT BACK TO THE S2 APP WHILE YOU GET YOUR ACT INTO GEAR AND SORT OUT THIS DEBACLE. WE AS CONSUMERS SHOULDN'T BE HAVING TO DEAL WITH YOUR ISSUES CAUSED BY AN ARROGANT ATTITUDE TOWARDS YOUR CUSTOMER BASE . SHAME ON YOU !!!!

When can I connect my beam and headphones 

I have lost access to my iTunes account on Sonos Apphave read through the fixes and work around but nothing works, all my files have the share option ticked but Sonos app says no error code 913, even deleted all the share links and added them again but still it won’t have itits really starting to annoy me that the one thing I purchased the system for is no longer workingany help gratefully received, I’m on IOS platform using the desktop app to talk to a Mac mini all devices are on same WiFi network 

I am trying to use SONOS APP on my ANDROID phone ( Android 13 )Each time I try to open the APP,  I get a message “Sonos keeps stopping”.  And the APP then closes.SAME WITH MY WIFE’s ANDRIOD PHONE  ( Android 13 also ) i.e. it isn’t just me / my phone.So, if I were reliant on those phone interfaces, I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS SONOS.This very frustrating issue started a couple of days ago.Fortunately, Sonos still works on the Windows PC platform.I have removed the APP from the phone then reinstall ;  unfortunately I get the SAME RESULT.Any ideas / suggestions ?     

Hello,will music library feature ever be restored - PC - Windows 11 (not NAS)? Does anyone have more detailed information?Or should I look for a replacement for my Sonos Amp? (Bluesound, Wiim, Kef, NAD...)Thank you P.

I bought my Mom two Era 100’s, set them up with this iPhone App….a rather brutal, 2 hr long process of trail and error. Got everything setup, got her setup with Spotify and taught her how to use the Sonos App to play music, which was her ultimate goal. I left her house relieved and then about 20 minutes later she texted me saying: “The speakers keep mysteriously playing music.”I went back over and she had the Sonos app closed out completely on her iPhone and laptop. I opened the Sonos App and paused the song. ABout 10 minutes later it did it again, just randomly playing music when we don’t want it to?!?! We had to unplug everything and put it back in the boxes. I’m supposed to go back today to “fix it”. What in the world is going on here with these speakers. Why is music playing when she’s not opening an App and selecting what she wants to hear and pressing play. Then when she’s done listening to music she should be able to press stop and be done. Right?! Help me folk, help me!

Qobuz playlists are not available when using the upgrade app on Android. These playlists are properly displayed when using the Sonos program for Windows.When a Qobuz playlist is added via the Windows program, it plays and shows up on the Android under “Recently Played”; however, clicking on that playlist on the Android fails “Something went wrong” ← No kidding.

It is just not to the level it should beowning 20 units and the app dors not operate properly Way better at the beginning  please do something 

Having just upgraded to the new app, I’m utterly amazed at how poor it is from a user perspective.There is no longer a volume number indication You cannot edit queues You cannot add single songs to a queue as ‘play next’ or ‘add to end’ You cannot create or edit any alarmsHow did this get through any UAT? These are basic features every Sonos user has enjoyed for years.Absolutely ridiculous, please add this functionality back ASAP.

Looks like the Sonos app has had a makeover which usually means trouble. The first being that there is no longer a widget on android which is a massive PITA. I'm assuming I'm not the only one and also am hoping this is a goof and not deliberate on the part of Sonos. Version 80.00.04-release+20240507.671145b com.sonos.acr2

I have 5 sonos devices and play the majority of my music from a Seagate ‘Personal Cloud’ network drive attached to my router. This has been working very successfully until recent updates.Whilst the drive and the songs are listed in my music library I can no longer play them !Under ‘Manage’ - Music Library Settings - the drive is not listed and therefore can’t be removed.Also I am unable to add this drive/folder to ‘my music on Sonos’ because it says check user name and password, however both are correct.Can any one advise? 

Going mad at this end.Gear’s been dormant for a year or so and am now trying to set it up again in my new house.As I had the system on the app I connected all gear hoping it would work but it just wanted to update with many failed attempts. Decided to do a new installation so hard reset the bridge, connected ok and did an update so was happy.The added each of the PLAY3’s (reset them too) and all seemed fine initially.  Then found that my ‘old speakers’ still were present in the app and was unable to delete them and the app wanted to continously update them. Started over yet again only to find that the PLAY3’s hooked up on WIFI and not to the bridge. Any suggestions as how to solve this? 

This new app is a freakin mess- for weeks I have tried to be patient while they “fix” it - every day I open it - is different- sometimes my playlists pop up and I can choose them - then they are gone again. Can someone please tell me how they are accessing their playlists they have made from their music libraries? They are gone again.
