Hi there,

I cannot believe I have to ask this but here goes.

I have a Roam 2 sitting in Taipei awaiting customs clearance, DHL have emailed me and asked for detailed technical information about the Roam 2, specifically the Wi-Fi operating range and the Bluetooth strength. Is there a technical specifications document I can quote from so that I can get my speaker?

Thanks for your post! A little strange that they are asking that, but here you go:

WiFi: 2.4GHz, 5GHz, 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac 

Bluetooth: Bluetooth 5.2. Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) for setup (not a Bluetooth transmitter)

Battery: 18Wh

I think I need more detail please. Here is an example they have in their document (the header translated is Equipment name, Brand, model, Working frequency, Output power, quantity).

A little more digging was required, but I’ve been given this which has all the relevant info:

There is likely no Declaration of Conformity for Roam 2 in Taipei, and there may be good reason for this - I don’t know if they will release it to you or not, but, I hope this helps.

Can you please confirm the model number and part id for this? It's a Roam 2, white, purchased in the UK.

A UK-bought white Roam 2 will have the part ID (SKU) ROAM2R21, while the model number will be S54.

It's just arrived, took some faffing with paperwork however customs released it yesterday.
