My speaker flashes green & white but when I press the button it does nothing,

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with setting up a new speaker.

If the app does not respond to you pressing the button on the speaker, the network may be getting in the way, somehow.

Please reboot your router by switching it off for at least 30 seconds. It will take several minutes for WiFi to return - once it does, please try again.

If you still get no response, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.

 What button?  What speaker are you trying to set up.
