Get help and assistance with your Sonos system

using our Play 1 and Beam sound bar in SPAIN… but both purchased in USA. can we purchase a transformer/adapter in SPAIN that would enable us to use these Sonos product in SPAIN? or do we need to purchase new Sonos speakers in SPAIN?

Hi all, I can't connect SoundCloud as a service to Sonos. If I follow steps:1. Open the Sonos app.2. Navigate to the Settings page and select Services & Voice.3. Under Music & Content tap Add a Service.4. Tap SoundCloud, then Add to Sonos.And then it says:5. Follow the on-screen instructions to log into your SoundCloud and start listening.This is where it goes wrong. It asks me to sign in into SoundCloud. It shows a code, I enter it, then it gets stuck, it says (translated from Dutch) 'waiting for authentication' but it doesn't finish the process,even after waiting for minutes. Does anyone know what this issue is? 

Since upgrading internet I’m aunable to connect my speaker, reading info I would like clarification that I need to do a factory reset as play 1 can’t be found

For the last year or so…. I’ve lost the ability to Play certain Podcasts from iHeart & Tunein…This was not an issue before this… and now I get the Popup message for each Podcast as “Unable to Play …...The Connection to iHeart Was Lost”……..No Error messages otherwise. If there are 20 for example Podcasts from the particular show in the que, and I attempt to play the first one, the above failed message cycles through each one until it reaches the top.Old or newly dropped does not seem to matter as to its availability to play.For example “Fly On The Wall” with Dana Carvey is no longer accessible due to this failure.  We know its not being blocked by the source, as anyone can listen to the Podcast through a web browser on the internet with no issue.Several calls to Sonos Help provided no resolution of the issue, other than a assurance it would be sent over to the developers.Other Podcasts suffer from the same issue… its totally random. Hi, I am not sure I am asking the correct question, but please bear with me. I have a large media library which I rip, tag and generally curate using Media Monkey(MM). Before the new App, I could play out of MM, onto my Sonos system, via a UPnP connection. Now, even after the most recent App updates, I cannot see my MM files and the facility to play them on my Sonos speakers has been lost. Fortunately, the relic Desktop Sonos Controller for PC, which seems unaffected by all the other App mayhem, still sees my MM connection and allows me access and use of my Library as before.As I understand it, the Sonos Controller for PC is slated to be replaced by the web version. This seems to be just a proxy for the App, and does not show my MM library either, even when the Desktop does.Is this an issue Sonos can or wishes to resolve, or is it an inevitable consequence of the change in the App architecture? Is my only solution moving to Plex?

What is the timeline on Spotify users being able to see more the 20 playlists in the Spotify Library section on the Sonos iphone app?

Since the new software updates (both windows and ios), i have lost surrounds, sub, dolby atmos and spotify support. What am I going to do with my arc-one-sl-sub high-end-expensive mono speaker setup?  

Can someone chime in on this-the Sonos app keeps telling me periodically to add speakers, that have already been added and working. Anybody have the same issue and or know what to do?

Hi, when will we be able to use the familiar Sonos widgets again on Android? Without widgets and with the current, absolutely terrible app, the system is almost unusable. Especially not for children. Without widgets, we will no longer use Sonos and will switch to another system provider (Teufel).Therefore: when will we have widgets available again with the current app?

I’ve had a nightmarish experience with Sonos ever since the app debacle and I’m hoping someone is able to assist me getting a simple Arc Soundbar/Sub/Era 300 surround system up and running. I’ve attempted to hardwire all of them but the rear Era 300s simply REFUSE to connect via Ethernet. Granted, I already had two USB-C to Ethernet adapters from Insignia (Best Buy’s brand) on hand and I’ve been attempting to use those. Why spend an additional $80 on Sonos’ gear (for 2) if the underlying technology (USB-C to Ethernet) is brand agnostic?Unfortunately, my rear ERA 300s grab a WiFi connection--and the overall system is now mixing WiFi with Ethernet--and I’m not getting rear channel sound. Under my system settings, there’s no way to “Enable/Disable” WiFi on the rears so I’m forced to accept however the app sets it up. This is absolutely maddening.So here’s my question? Does the USB-C to Ethernet connector absolutely have to be Sonos? If so, how is USB-C to Ethernet proprietary?For referenc

I am not able to get my Phonak Virto Hearing Aids with the Phonak Bluetooth TV Connector (HA Streamer) in the Optical Out connection in my LG UN 70 inch 4K Smart UHD TV (LGTV) to stream simultaneously with my SONOS ARC audio system in the LGTV HDMI ARC connection. If I switch to TV Speaker/Optical Out, the HDMI ARC automatically switches back and drops my HA connection almost immediately. Switching off the Smart Link in the LG TV and then switching to TV Speaker/Optical Out is not a solution because I need to simultaneously stream to my Hearing Aids and also use Closed Captioning so that I can understand speech, without blasting the eardrums of others in the room, who can hear normally. Has anyone come up with a solution where we can use the SONOS in HDMI ARC simultaneously with an HA Streamer in Digital Out on the LGTV?Note: I use Android and not IOS.

I recently set up a Sonos Ray speaker from my iPhone on the app. Everything works fine with my phone. I went to connect my wife’s iPhone to it but ran into an issue. I selected “Join an existing system” and made sure both phones and Sonos are on the same WiFi network, but the app says it cannot find a Sonos system on the network. BUT if I go into the Spotify app on her phone and change the device, the Sonos device is there and plays music from the Spotify app. So clearly the phone has located the Sonos speaker, but the Sonos app won’t recognize that. Any ideas on how to fix the speaker recognition within the app?

Since I updated to the new app on iOS, it will not start. It is just the Sonos-logo for half a minute, then it crashes. What is the point of having an app at all then, if it constantly crashes?

There are two copies of an album in the Sonos music library, but only one in the actual music folder. I have cleared the recycle bin. I have reindexed the Sonos library several times.

I just received a Roam SL for Father's Day and tried to add it to my existing system.  It requires an update, but will not allow the update.  I get error 1002 and later, Error 1000.  And before you ask, I do not have a Sonos Bridge... whatever that is.  How can I make this work?

After months of accepting sound cutting in my Sonos Beam 2 + Samsung Smart TV finally I found today solution by coincidence. I was digging into options and changed only one setting: All Settings/ Sound/ Expert Setting/ HDMI-eARC change to Auto and that’s all.

Hello Sonos Community,I’ve encountered a frustrating issue since the latest release of the Sonos app. I can no longer play Italian radio stations from the UK (radio Deejay for example).I attempted to resolve this by contacting customer service, but the experience was less than ideal. I was faced with an estimated 85-90 minute wait, and there was no status update about my queue position. The hold music was also quite nerve-wracking.When I finally got through to a representative, she suggested I change my address to a different country. This solution seems both ridiculous and impractical. Why should I have to falsify my location when I am legally entitled to listen to these radio stations regardless of where I am?Even more perplexing, I can still access these radio stations through Alexa without any issues. I have a TV with an Arc connected by HDMI, then two wireless speakers, an Era 100 and a Roam. They’re distributed around an open space, so my goal is to hear TV on all three speakers.This works great with non TV, such as Spotify. But for TV audio, the wireless speakers are slightly delayed. It creates a bad sound similar to a school assembly in an echoy gym.I’ve found audio sync features to make it worse, but none to make it better. For example in the Sonos app in settings there’s a Group Audio Delay, which _adds_ delay to the Era and Roam speakers (though doesn't add delay to the wired Arc).I think what this really needs is a TV feature to delay the video, and then for the Sonos speakers to coordinate with each other and stay in sync.I’d like to add a Sub to my system, but since that’s wireless too, I’m worried that it won’t work.What confuses me is that I see you can use wireless speakers like the Era for surround sound. Is the delay in that case somehow solved? Or maybe the delay is

I am generally happy with the new app (ever since alarms were fixed).I know Sonos still works on much bigger app issues at the moment but there is a minor suggestion I would make. Whenever I start the app, I get the dreaded "No product found" message for a brief second and then the app loads fine. Given all the connectivity issues people are having while getting that message, my heart skips a bit every single time.Would it make sense to introduce a delay in the app before you show that message which definitely doesn't add to the positive Sonos experience.Thanks. Happy customer since 2008

My library of songs is on a Nas, no Dolby Atmos for the songs, is interesting to have these speakers ? Hi,I just got the new Sonos ACE.I connected them to my SGS23 to hear loosless audio but the volume is to low.On my laptop the volume is great using the same cable.I believe the issue is with the drivers.How to solve it?
