System is not recognized by network now

I can no longer go into system settings🤷🏽‍♂️. Can’t adjust volume, EQ, etc. network is up to date?
not sure why this is happening.

So, have you tried wiring your Sonos Beam (or Ray, not sure what ‘the small one’ means) to your router, at least temporarily, with an Ethernet cable? I assume since you’re using Era 100s that you’re running S2, but you haven’t yet told us what device your controller is running on. Have you made sure that all your Sonos speakers have their ‘radio’ (WiFi) turned on? Do you know what kind of band and encryption your router is using?

Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?

What speakers do you have? Which system are you running? How are your speakers normally ‘connected’ to your system? What device is your controller on? What router do you have?

Router is a cable co (xfinity) router

Speakers are run via Bluetooth
