I can no longer go into system settingsđ¤ˇđ˝ââď¸. Canât adjust volume, EQ, etc. network is up to date?
not sure why this is happening.Â
What speakers do you have? Which system are you running? How are your speakers normally âconnectedâ to your system? What device is your controller on? What router do you have?

Speakers are run via BluetoothÂ
So, have you tried wiring your Sonos Beam (or Ray, not sure what âthe small oneâ means) to your router, at least temporarily, with an Ethernet cable? I assume since youâre using Era 100s that youâre running S2, but you havenât yet told us what device your controller is running on. Have you made sure that all your Sonos speakers have their âradioâ (WiFi) turned on? Do you know what kind of band and encryption your router is using?
Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?
