Can’t play Spotify

I can play Sonos radio but can’t play Spotify as it seams not to connect to speakers

Are you using Spotify from the Spotify app or from the Sonos app?

I do both and same problem. I’ve made all types of uninstalls and installs. Also tried with other phones

Hours of chat support yesterday and got told to call support. Talked to support today and answer was that this is a known issue Sonos have with Spotify and at the moment no solution. I got told to wait and see if they can fix this issue. 
can’t recommend someone to buy Sonos at the moment👎🏻

I hope that they solve the issue rather quick. The only reason i bought Sonos was to listen to Spotify

The guy I talked to didn’t sound very optimistic. 
I guess most of Sonos users play Spotify so if it’s not fixed people will choose other options
