Hello. Problem with playing the Sonos connect amp. When you turn on playback, there is an instant sound and then disappears. As if the sound mute mode is turned on.

I can send you a video of the problem.

Sounds like it is overloaded and switching off the amp to protect itself. Check your speaker wiring for shorts etc.


Speaker wiring is normal


If you verified the wiring and speakers are good then calling Sonos support is the next step.


Maybe someone will share the scheme?
 


Could you post a picture of how you connected the Connect amp?
