Help connecting SONOS system to STARLINK GEN3

Recently purchased & installed STARLINK GEN-3 system…  SONOS won’t connect…  I’d prefer not spending any more money, but I see discussions regarding connecting an additional router to STARLINK router??  I’m not a technical guy - not my lane!  I  no absolutely nothing about Dual-Band routers…  Is there a preferred Dual-Band router that works best with both STARLINK & SONOS so I can make this work…  I’ve got a lot invested in SONOS speakers.  Thanks.

Do you still have the router you were using previously?  How have you connected to the internet up until now?

In what sense will Sonos not connect?  What error messages do you get and at what point?

I can use help with this as well.  I have my previous router (TP-Link_4027) and my Sonos cannot be detected.  “Your Sonos system was not found” is what I get as soon as I try to connect on my MAC.  Or “we can’t find a Sonos system on your mobile device’s network on iPhone.

I am not tech savvy and would need a step by step simple language instruction if there is one.  Thank you.

Same. I tried splitting my signal to 2.4 and 5hz and making the 2.4 for Sonos but Sonos speaker does not see that signal. Sonos is a paper weight.

This is entirely a Starlink router problem.  Does the fact that Sonos connects to virtually every router except Starlink count for nothing?

The best bet to me seems to be to get another router and then configure the Starlink in “Bypass Mode”.

I have a suspicion (very speculative) that the problem with Starlink has to do with AP isolation on the router, but I don’t know if there is implemented by default and how you would disable it if so.  And I have no incentive to find out…..

Or just buy a speaker that uses the signal from my phone
