Frozen app on set up for existing system. Have deleted and reinstalled app but same frozen screen

I have a converted wall box turned into a juke box with an Arduino it has a USB-C audio out..What is the best way to connect to my Sonos system..I have a Old ZP90 but then would have to revert the system to Sonos 1 versionIs it possible to use USB-C to ethernet and link it that way any advice is appreciated 

Hey everyone, I'm trying to decide placement of the Sonos by Sonance Architectural speakers for my patio. Since I'm an audio novice, trying to see if anyone could offer advice for speaker placement.Attached is the layout of the patio (brown) and yard (light green). The black areas are where the house is located. The numbers are roughly the dimensions (in feet) of the yard.There are three potential speaker locations in red, green, and blue circles. What two speaker positions out of the three would work best for coverage of the patio and yard?Thank you!  

Hi I’ve a Keff 400b Sub. it’s a expensive sub.  Part of my old system. I’ve moved over to Sonos. ( not sure if I’ve made the right move 🙈)I’m using 2 x play5.  As stereo. 1 x Sonos sound bar 1 x play1 but I would like to use my existing Keff SuBive purchased a Sinos connect ( eBay. Second hand ) but it’s saying This product is only compatible with the SonosS1 Controller. It isn't compatible with your Sonos S2 app.so my question   Can I connect my sub as a sub within my Sonos system. thx for any help you can give me. Phil 

I disconnected them as surround speakers. Since then they have not been able to connect to my account. I have tried everything also with PDS cabling. it comes up with the following response:There was a problem connecting to your account or check your WIFI or try again later. Router config. Follows all regulations and it is the only router on the network.. 

Request 1: Please introduce some kind of volume normalization like the native Spotify app has. I use Sonos at work and find big volume differences prohibitive for work playlists  Request 2: Please add the ability to queue a playlist to Play Next already Shuffled. As of now, I can only add a playlist, and then reshuffle the entire list. I'd like to play a low energy playlist initially, and then add a higher energy playlist later on, but not risk reshuffling already played songs. I understand that I could simply remove the current queue, but this feature would give me more flexibility when I'm busy at work Thanks!

I can use my Sonos music library on my Synology NAS using MacOS.I can not use my Sonos music library on my Synology NAS using my preferred devices iPad OS or IOS on my iPhone.I can occasionally use the library on maybe one or two occasions after deleting and re adding the path on the iPad OS app. It has never maintained access overnight.When I try and detect the music library - nothing.When I  scan for new content it scans and the Synology NAS show activity.When I use the iPad OS Files app I can easily access the music folder on my NAS.Does anyone know when or, even IF, Sonos plans to fix this disastrous Sonos app for IOS for use with a NAS drive?

Cannot get trueplay to set up my two play 1 and beam after moving. Very annoying. The app starts and the test tones are heard but it cannot fintune. Tried a friends phone as well as reboot iPhone. IOS version is 17.6.1 and Sonos app version 80.12.03.I have a hearing devices and therfor a surround system helps me hearing. But now I hear the music very (very) loud but the voices…way to soft. I switched on the speech amplifier but not enough. The sound is terrible and I cannot watch TV. Sound is totally unbalanced. And I cannot adjust a thing. please help, much appreciated!

I have reset my sonos move2 to factory settings (green light is flashing) and it still appears in my system

I just purchased a new ERA100. I cannot get it to connect to my Sonos boost on my excisting system. In the network matrix I can see it as  WM1 - which means it is not connected to booster right? All other units are connected to WM0 as supposed.  how do I get the new unit to connect to the boost? 

Bonjour, J'ai installé ma sonos arc et j'ai suivi les instructions pour rajouter mon enceinte One et SL. Dans l'application, elles sont bien rattachées mais quand je regarde la TV, je n'ai que la barre de son qui fonctionne. Quand j'appuie sur le bouton lecture/pause des enceintes One, celà coupe le son de la barre Arc. Auriez-vous une idée de pourquoi je n'arrive pas à avoir le son surround ?En vous remerciant 

Is Sonos era 100 an outdoor speaker, can charge it and go out with no cable  

  Amazon Music Unlimited still limits the number of tracks that can be loaded into the queue.  That limit is 500.  There is a way, though, to load more than 500 tracks.  I had a playlist that was 689 tracks long.  I wanted all those tracks in the queue.  So I split that playlist into two playlists.  The first had 350 tracks and the second had the rest. I loaded the first playlist into the queue then added the second playlist using Add to End of Queue.  That gave me all 689 tracks. 

I recently just go the Sonos sub gen 2 and while setting it up, it required a compatible Sonos speaker which Sonos ray was part of the speakers but I’m having issues connecting both speakers to work together 

My Sonos speakers unexpectedly cut off then come back on. When I look at my speakers some of them are connected to my xfinity pods vice the gateway. How do I fix that?

How do I get my Sonos beam, one and sub in sync with my new era speakers, is good high clear sound on my era but the others is very low anyone having this problem?

I have 2 Play:1s. I don’t use them often, but have been reliable for many years. Tried to use them this past week and they have both disappeared from the app. And my system also can not be found. No changes to wifi, network, or router. Tried to reconnect. No luck. Factory reset one of them and the app goes through the set up process and adds the speaker to the system with a final warning that the speaker has been added but may not be visible. If it’s not, unplug it and add it via system settings. This proven unsuccessful now three times. 

Changed my wifi provider and with old Sonos products did a full reset and managed to get all my iTunes music into my Sonos library on my laptop, so All my music plays fine form my laptop. However, when I try to add Apple Music to my IOS Sonos app with my Apple id and password I get the message “We have run into a problem, please try again”. Can anyone help please.

I have bought a lot of Sonos products. I am disapointed with the current situation related to the play one speakers and their wifi issues. The fact that sonos tech support is encouraging people to manually adjust their router settings is troubling given the security risks that can arise. 

Hi everyone!I already have a Home Theatre setup at my home: Sonos Beam (gen 1) + 2 surround speakers (Symfonisk).I’m planning a huge renovation in my living room and thinking about getting a projector or an LG tv with Zero Connect Box (it’s very cool, you should google what it is). Which means that the display will be too far from my eARC output.Therefore I have a question: can I use Sonos AMP to put it next to my media box connect it with eARC and then transmit 5.1 wirelessly to the home Theatre Setup? How would I do that?A general question: maybe there is a wireless HDMI transmitter that supports eARC?

Hello as the topic says I Upgraded system to Era 300’s with my existing Arc. Set up my 300’s with full anticipation set up some music and did hear a noticeable different. A bit more fuller in sound. Then I watched my favourite TV’s which I do way more then listening music and my hearth sank beneath the bottom of the earth straight into hell itself. Did i just get scammed?The tv shows are often 5.1 digital. Not atmos. The ones do not support Atmos, so for the few things i do watch in it and love hearing, I thought hell  yea, i can afford to upgrade, lets do it! But its NOT a upgrade!? The 5.1 digital shows so far I hear nothing in the back, even at +15 volume on the surround option, nothing, the One’s were so much better! And the content on all the streaming are often 5.1. I read that the central speaker of the Eras gets turned off when put into surround? Fine, if thats what makes Atmos work/hear better do it, but if its not, turn it back on!? Plea

So my Sonos arc ultra was working fine with arc before and using pass through properly (Dolby in my ps5), then the other day it just wasn’t working at all and someone suggested resetting my Samsung tv which worked. I noticed though now it’s just labeled as a receiver  when connected with my tv and well it’s not doing anything other than pclm, unless I change it to dts on my tv settings 

Frustrated with Sonos for the 1st time.  I have owned Sonos since the ZP100 were 1st introduced. You can say awhile. My standard response to folks asking about Sonos is that it simply just works. Well I can’t say that now. Disappointed.  lately my Sonos has quit working on my iPad.  It still works on my iPhone. It has worked on my iPad for at least 10 years. No recent changes to network or anything. Now it simply doesn’t work.  I’ve done all the basics, reset, turn off, reset router mesh system, etc.   can anyone explain how to fix this?  I’ve read the threads on this subject already and tried them. Anyone at Sonos have a fix. I was your best non-Sonos employee salesman and now have a pause on my thoughts.  steve

We moved into a house where the owners left behind their Sonos speakers. We also have a prior system in our prior house. We can see and use the speakers in the house, but I can’t manage the system since it is still managed by the previous owners. I also tried adding one of the Sonos Fives from our previous house into this system (or just into a new system) and that didn’t seem to work either.  So here is what I want to do.Create a brand new system under my account that includes the Sonos speakers than came with the house, as well as our existing speakers. Is Factory resetting all the speakers the only way to do this (assuming I can’t contact the prior owners to transfer the system)? If I could contact the prior owners (they moved out of town) should I ask them to transfer ownership or “forget” their system.  Thanks 

Good evening,I am having a strange issue where I have 16 SONOS Port that do not get a an address from the DHCP Server. The issue occurs if I connect the devices to the ISP modem and also if I connect them to a SonicWall TZ670. However the DHCP assignment process works fine if I connect the Sonos devices to an old TZ300.On the packet capture from the firewall I can see how the DHCP process which is supposed to be Discover-Offer-Request-ACK is being repeated Dicover-Offer and the Sonos devices are ignoring the DHCP Offer and start over. Also many other devices work fine with DHCP on this network. We have done more than 100 installations with Sonos and Sonicwall and this is the first time that we have this issue. All devices are connected with a cable to a Cisco switch which has the recommended STP settings.The DHCP offer is being sent to the broadcast address 255.255.255.255 / ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff. I am mentioning this because there are DHCP servers that are sending
