I want to use Sonos Amp for my hi-fi-speakers but need more power than the amp supplies. Is there any way I can put together two Sonos Amps for the same set of speakers and thus “doubling” or increasing the power? Thank you in advance.

No. If you need more ‘power’ than a Sonos Amp, you’ll need to look elsewhere.
If you need to connect to a Sonos stream, I’d recommend adding a Sonos Port to whatever Amp you select.
