Get help and assistance with your Sonos system

For weeks now my Sonos system has been rock solid (it is only a single pair of 300s). Suddenly over the last few days I get repeated reports of “No Products Found”. It eventually clears itself but the problem periodically comes back (it has just done it again). Internet speed at the device running the app is 160mbps. Are there any issues with the Sonos network?

hi   have been using phones both android and apple lately to run system  - tonight used laptop  i cannot add new radio stations or see settings  - i am offered update but assume that is to sonos 2 and the system is all old so dont want to do this.   the only things i am offered are check for  updates and change language -  any thoughts 

When I enter the Sonos application and am connected to my headphones via USB C cable, the song shown in the playback is not the correct one.The title of the last song played through Bluetooth appearsYou can interact with the controls, but I insist that the song that is played is not displayed correctlyAny Solution?

I use the USBC cable connected to my iPhone to listen to lossless music on my Sonos ACE. An option to turn off charging while listening to music would help conserve the battery of the phone and headphones  Does this feature exist? If it doesn't exist, SONOS should create it. It would be very valuable

The volume is very low using USBc USBc connection on the iPhone. The volume of the Sonos app and the volume of Apple Music are not synchronized. I can turn up the volume in the Sonos app. This is very strange. Some solution?

Two weeks ago my Sonos system stopped playing self-created playlists. I spent lots of time troubleshooting through the Sonos not and chat.  The answer:  We will work on this. Use Airplay or such.  So, I am advised to trade one clunky software for an even more clunky option.  I soooo regret my Sonos investment.  Would NEVER recommend the service to anyone.  In fact, I now proactively say “stay away.”

Hi all,I have a friend who would like to install a Sonos Amp and connect it to two ceiling speakers.They have already purchased an EPSON tw7100 projector.They wish to use a laptop to watch Netflix etc on the projector.My question is, how would all this be connected up to get the picture from laptop and audio from Sonos system?Any and all help would be greatly appreciated Matt

Are there any updates about how to get a Samsung solar remote to control the volume of a Playbar?  I see from extensive searching that pairing a Samsung remote with a Playbar has been a problem for a long time.  My TV is a Samsung QN75Q7FAAFXZA  if that makes a difference.  it runs eARC and doesn’t have an optical output so I’m using a converter to connect the TV to the Playbar.  This setup worked when I was using a Xumo remote and Xumo box.  I eliminated the box because it isn’t needed to run the TV.

Hi there,just gotten my first Sonos product, a soundbar. I am testing the app right now and listen to a few songs.I am wondering how to scrobble the music I am listening to to last.fm though. Somehow I cannot find an integration. This is a huge surprise to be honest since every audio device or software I used in the past 20 years supported scrobbling.Not having scrobbling on the soundbar is annoying but it will mainly play movies. But when there is no scrobbling I cannot take Sonos serious as a music player and won’t get any other speakers which I will use for music listening.So any help for scrobbling is appreciated, and if its not possible take this post as a feature request.Cheers!

Apologies for the longish title but there are a lot of threads discussing speakers dropping, but none seemed exactly like mine. I love my Sonos system but ran into connection issues when I changed my WiFi from Xfinity cable to an ATT Fiber Router and added two Eero 6+ mesh devices to get signal around my house. While I’m not an IT expert, so excuse any naming errors, I am not afraid to try things out.My system: S2 app, Play 1 gen 1 & Sub Gen 3 (Grouped), Amp (Outdoor Speakers), Arc Ultra (TV), and Boost (now offline). Everything is wireless, no direct connections after dropping the Boost. My Issue: After connecting everything, which took a while, the Arc Ultra kept getting dropped. If it connected, then either the Amp or the Grouped Play 1s or Sub would get dropped. I could see all of the devices in ATT Gateway Router (Nokia) and on my Eero app. After researching the issue, I think that there were conflicts with the wifi bands and wifi sources. My wife and I have separate Sonos and separate Qobuz (Duo) accounts. I have linked the relevant Sonos and Qobuz accounts on different mobile phones. We can send music to the Sonos speakers as would be expected, but my wife continues to see and add to my Qobuz music, playlists, etc and is unable to make her own separate music lists. We are also unable to play different music on different speakers (which is a pain if one of us is watching TV through the Arc). Is there a solution to this? 

Why does Sonos have a maximum of 32 Sonos devises in one home? Is there a not so cumbersome work around? 

The Sonos app only works on three of my four Apple devices (three iPhones, one ipad). Is there a limit of three devices?

First of all, sorry because English is not my language. I hope to express my feedback correctly. Also I’m new in Sonos, so perhaps I missed something…I’ve spent a small fortune in my living room set up with an Arc, a Sub and two Era 300. After that I was anxious to test Dolby Atmos music, so I replace Spotify first to Apple and then to Amazon music. First shock, when I realised that AirPlay is not able to play in Dolby qality, so the Sonos app use is now mandatory if you want to get all the features you pay for… and then a nightmare starts:You can’t play next or previous song from the blocked screen of your phone. Now I have to unlock the mobile every time I want to change a song. That’s not the way I used to play music before! You can’t change the volume with the mobile buttons. And it’s even more annoying as it’s a common need when you’re listening music. Songs jump when I’m using Apple

I have spent an hour and a half trying to reconnect my Play 5 gen 2 to my system. I use the s1 app and I used to be able to group my Play 5 gen 1 and gen 2 together. I can only connect the Play 5 gen as ‘living room’. My Play 5 gen 2 shows as ‘bedroom two’ only for the upgrade offer.  I spent an eternity trying to login I changed my pw 5 times none were accepted. I got cut off from the help line 4 times but someone did finally manage to make my pw work finally before I got cut off. I did every reset that I could sometimes more than once . They kept asking for my phone number but didn’t use it so what was the point? I gave up in the end it’s still not working, it used to so I can only think it is the new s 1 app that upgraded whilst I was being forced to repeatedly login! I don’t like complaining and I love the sound of the speakers when they are working so it is very depressing that a simple thing that worked before will no longer work. 

Hi, is it possible to use my setup (2x Era 100, 2x Era 300 and 1x sub mini) for surround? I would use the era 300 as rear speakers and the era 100 in the front. Does that work out?

I have a Music Library  on a USB drive formatted as NTFS and named ‘MusicLib’, attached in the back of a TP-Link Archer BE550 router. Windows media player can access this shared drive from my Windows desktop without a problem.However, my Sonos system (Beam + One SL) is refusing to see this drive giving an error message “//192.168.0.1/MusicLib is no longer available”.Sonos can access a shared music folder on my QNAP NAS without a problem.Sonos can see and access music files on my desktop without a problem.I don’t particularly want to keep the NAS drive or desktop powered up continuously so that  I can listen to my music, where as the router is permanently ON so having an accessible USB drive attached would be very convenient.Any suggestions for a solution?I should really praise SONOS technical support for spending 90 minutes troubleshooting but could not solve the issue.ThanksElgreco

Hi everyone,I am new with Sonos One speaker, recently I have connect the speaker to my office network and I can see it has taken an IP. From my Windows PC I want to use one of the speakers to play music, but after installing the Sonos App, the App cannot operate well, keep asking me to check for update, even it is already up to date.Mush appreciated if anyone of you experienced this issue before and had the solution, thanks!It is a fresh install and I even tried to clean uninstall and reinstall, but no help.Best regards,Werner 

From yesterday I am unable to play radio or music through my Sonos system . TV audio is fine . I have all the rebooting etc (twice) but it still comes up with service account not available???? I’ve checked all my details 

As reported here:apple music recently played not showing on apple music app after using sonos Apple Music updates to Recently Played in the Sonos App remains an unreliable mess.  Has there been any progress on this matter? 

Hello Everyone,New to the forum and I have some issues that some tech guys like me might be able to help with.I'm the Network Administrator for a small junior college. Our athletics program recently purchased to two Era 300 speakers. I am struggling to keep them connected to our WLAN/SSID and using the app to be able to communicate with them.I want to ensure that its not the networking side that the issue.My question: anyone else on here who uses a Cisco 9800 WLC that would be willing to share there configuration of their WLAN/Policy/RF tags?I've looked over the documentation on Sonos support website and it does not seem like they need anything special compared to other IOT devices. Thank for any help in advance!

After many months of frustration periodically trying to restore S2 controller access to my local Apple Music library and collection of FLAC on a (wired) external drive, I finally got both working about a month ago. What a relief...But, sometime in recent weeks (maybe days) both stopped working. I’m getting all the old error messages about Sonos not having access. I don’t think this corresponds to a MacOS update (currently Sequoia 15.7.1) or a Sonos Controller update (currently 17.2 build 9006717), but I’m not sure.I really don’t want to restart the process of trying to reconnect these music libraries. It seemed very flakey no matter what instructions I followed. I’m hoping someone knows of a specific potential cause for this, so I can resolve it with minimal trial and error.P.S. Through all of this (1+ years), Sonos has streamed music to my speakers just fine.P.P.S. I highly recommend the MacOS menu bar controller from Lyd. It is better in every respect t
