Our Move will come on automatically playing a song and then switch to ambient sounds in airplay. I have sent a diagnostic  428388108.

Unfortunately, Sonos Support doesn’t frequent these forums. You’ll need to both delete the diagnostic number in your post (they’re not allowed in these forums) and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

Yes, you need to call Sonos Tech support as your explanation of what’s occurring doesn’t logically track.  The Move cannot initiate AirPlay as that feature has to be deliberately activated via human interaction. If that is truly the case then there’s nothing we in the forum can suggest to correct the issue (at least not by me). However, I don’t know everything 🤔

What service is playing the music?  Is it coming from your phone?
