I changed Wi-Fi networks and managed to connect my play three with a bridge, to my S1 app. Now it won’t connect for some reason and I think I need to reset the play three with or without the bridge I don’t know. So I can re-connect the play three to the S1 app. I have an S2 app for my Romi in another part of the house, when I try to open the S1 app it tells me to use the S2 app. that would change the two profiles I have for the separate speakers.

Is there a reason you want to use the Play 3 with the S1 app? The Play 3 is compatible with the S2 app, so why not update it to S2?
this would make your life a whole lot easier with just one app IMO.
I could be wrong with these steps, but
- Remove the Bridge: it is NOT needed any longer
- Force close the S1 app and reset the Play 3
- once it comes back up with a green light, open the S2 app and go into settings an select Add Speaker or Component.
You should see the Play 3 appear as available. Simply select it and allow it to go through the updates.
