Get help and assistance with your Sonos system

I have an a playbar connected to a (Sony TV) that also has an Apple TV box. There are also 2 connect amp’s and a roam in the house.  Just recieved a HomePod as a gift. Is it possible & if so how can I connect the HomePod to the Sonos system?  Thanks for any answers especially those that are not super technical.

Music cuts out for 5-10 seconds then resumes. Not a wifi problem. My speeds are excellent. Any suggestions?

Trying to switch from tv to music on my system 

I recall I used to be able to play my local (NAS server) music files when the internet was down.However, lately, I’ve discovered that I can’t even get the app to load win order to select my local NAS server.  As my internet service has become less reliable, this has become more important.(I did not see this exact issue brought up on this forum… which seems odd)Not sure what I’m doing wrong.  I have no issues playing my NAS files when there is internet connectivity.

I have a new Sonos Amp and a SVS subwoofer hum problem that I can't diagnose.1. When the Sonos Amp is UNPLUGGED and the mains outs are unplugged and only the sub out on the Sonos Amp is connected to the SVS sub, there's a hum. The hum is louder than when the Sonos Amp is plugged into the wall.2. When I unplug the Sonos amp and turn off the sub amp, then turn on the sub amp and plug in the Sonos amp, humming starts after a few seconds—before the white light on the Sonos amp stops blinking.3. There is no hum When the sub is plugged into the receiver.4. When the sub RCA isn't plugged into anything, there is no hum.5. I've tried plugging both the Sonos amp and the sub into the same outlet. They're still humming.6. I've tried new high-end shielded cables from SVS. Still humming.7. I've tried on a different SVS sub. Still humming.8. I've tried a ground loop isolator. Still humming.8. I've tried plugging the Sonos amp into a different circuit 100' away from the sub outlet, but it's still humm

I just got my sonos out of storage and went to set them up and the app asked me to update no it doesn't know I have a sound bar sub and speakers ???? Now have nothing working ??

I have the Symfonisk gen 1 and have just bought a Beam gen 2. Would it be possible to buy a Simfonisk gen 2 and pair with my gen 1 as rear surrounds? Or would I have to find an old gen 1 second hand to pair?  Thanks for your help. 

I recently bought the Sonos Arc Ultra and an Apple TV 4K. I believe my setup is correct, but I can't select Atmos on the Apple TV 4K—only Stereo, Dolby 5.1, or Off.Here’s my setup: Sonos Devices: Arc Ultra Sub 4 2x Era 300s TV: Samsung QN82Q6FNA Apple TV 4K: Gen 3 Connections:I’m using the Sonos-provided HDMI cable from the Arc Ultra to the Samsung TV’s ARC (Audio Return Channel) port. The Apple TV 4K is connected to a regular HDMI port on the TV.I also tried connecting the Apple TV to the Arc Ultra via Bluetooth, but it’s inconvenient because I have to manually switch the audio to Bluetooth every time I turn it on.Does anyone know how to enable Atmos on the Apple TV 4K with this setup?

What do you all think about the Amp powering Yamaha NS-F150 speakers ? They are 88 sen and 6ohm 

Before the app update, I was able to create playlists using songs or whole albums from Amazon Prime Music. I thought there a fix for that, but I'm still unable to. I'm I missing something? 

Amazon Music not working at all on any devices suddenly. Dosent appear to be an outage on Amazon as can play it on my phone, seems to be a Sonos Issue? 

Amazon stopped working, rebooted etc. does anyone know if there is an issue?thanks

I have everything set up, AirPlay works perfectly, but with the TV (eARC) it doesn't work as a rear speaker. Any ideas or suggestions? Please.

Hi - I recently upgraded my TV to Samsung Frame. I have a playbar connected via optical with two surrounds. Sound coming out of speakers but unable to control volume with Samsung remote. I have followed direction within community  I setup TV output to Sonos. I’ve tried and tried.  Changed my network and my bar, sub and one Sl connected easily.  My second One SL goes thru the recess but then doesn’t send the ping tone out to connect to my device … stalls the connections ive unplugged it multiplie times and let it rest to hopefully reset  doesn’t help  i cant find anything in the doc about this.  any ideas? 

In the last 24 hours, my APP has stopped working on my Pixel 8 Pro and my system is not recognized. It works fine on an iPhone. Any suggestions? And no, I'm not going to go buy an iPhone...lol.

Hi therei have an ACER projector with HDMI connectioni want to connect to a SONOS surround sound group using a Playbar, Sub and 2 Play Ones.advice please on how to go about out this.  Hard wiring isn’t an option due to the layout of the room.

Just recently bought the sonos ace - immediately it has issues with playback, where the sound will disappear in the middle of a song for a split second and come back. How do I fix this? This happens every few often and it's terribly annoying 

I just saw Sonos products on the Season 1, Episode 7 of the Paramount Network series LandMan staring Billy Bob Thornton. The Sonos products shown were Sonos One, Beam and Move 2; supposedly being sold in a Michaels Arts and Crafts store similar to the one in the previous link. However, searching the Michaels website no Sonos products were listed.So was it Sonos who paid for a spot or did the show runner or prop manger for the series (who may be a Sonos user) stage the products in the Michaels store for effect. Either way Sonos gets national exposure. Cannot connect Beam for normal use - not TV - together with Sonos One. Beam not connected with TV - pt only use with Sonos One or alone via Sonos App. How??

This is an odd one. With the Sonos app on my PC everything works fine, with it on my iPhone or iPad (I have S2 gen) the music library is not found. But if I start playing one of my playlists via my PC the app on my phone recognises the track playing and can pause and restart it, change volume etc, but the app still thinks I have no music library! I have deleted the app, tried to put in the path to the library (not found even though it is a cut and paste and the same as the PC path). about 6 months ago my sonos system just stopped working, thinking it was the sonos system as being the issue i reset it and also connected it to a none Samsung tv, it works perfectly fine on other tv’s so the sonos system isn't the issue.i have already replaced my optical cable and also the one connect mini- still nothing.Set upTV: Samsung UA65JU7000 with one connect miniApple TVSonos:Play bar - Version 16.5Sub - Version 16.52 x One speakers - version 16.3 TV is connected to one connect mini Apple tv connected to one connect mini playbar connected to one connect mini via optical When using the sonos app i have tried to set up the tv connection again but it wont detect anything.
