I have a Beam Gen 2. When I turn on the TV, there is no sound for about 3 minutes, then it's fine. Is this normal?

For years i’ve been able to create a que of SiriusXM on demand shows in the Sonos app.  Suddenly that has been taken away???i can play one show but I can no longer “add to end of Que.”. That option no longer shows up.is this intentional?

Maybe Im missing this - from the phone app, can I still play a music source on some speakers, and a different source on other speakers? Classical upstairs and Rock downstairs (on the same network) from the phone app? I know I’ve done this, but I’m missing something here. Thanks

Hi all! When we are grouping Beam gen 2 + 2 Era 100 we have no sound on one Era… Each product is working individually and also when they are bonded as surrounds for Beam. The only issue is when grouping the 3 products. We are grouping rooms for regular playback, not for the TV sound.Could this problem be related to some router settings eventually?

I am unable to add either LivePhish+ or nugs.net to my Sonos system. When I try to "add service", I get the verification code, it correctly redirects me to Livephish.com verification page. That verification page works correctly with the correct code, and I click Verify. I then see "Device verified successfully" from the LivePhish page. Back on the Sonos app on Android (or PC browser - same issue), I get "Error - unable to add LivePhish+ account”. Same exact issue with nugs.net. Please fix this!!

Hi I bought a Samsung QES95 2 months ago - initially my Sonos Arc worked fabulously with the system, however over the last 5 days the Sonos will not connect through the HMDI arc… Samsung have tried to reset the TV remotely and they too have failed to keep the Sonos Arc linked.  Samsung are looking in to this issue but suggested I contact Sonos to see if this a more wider problem that just my TV.  Grateful for any feedback that anyone has on this TV and Sonos Arc.  Thank you.

I have a Beam, Sub Mini, Panasonic OLED, SkyQ Mini Box and a Playststion 5 plugged in to the TV.  Occasionally when we turn the TV on or PlayStation on we get no sound from the Sonos at all.  We end up taking the HDMI out of the back of the Beam and back in again to resolve it.  Any suggestions to resolve this anyone? Thanks.

I am experiencing intermittent dropped sound from random speakers.  This was happening several months ago then it stopped, now it has started up again.  Occurs on wifi speakers, ROAM and in-line speaker.  Doesn’t happen on distinct speakers simultaneously (as far as I can tell).  I first noticed it on my kitchen speaker so I swapped it out to other speakers and it continued, so it does not appear to be speaker specific.  Can happen with TV, streaming service or iTunes playlist.  The dropouts can be anywhere from a few seconds to a couple of minutes.  WiFi signal is strong (in fact I have an access point in two of the rooms where it has happened.) As I mentioned it was happening several months ago and then it stopped without any intervention, now it has started again and actually seems more frequent.  Any suggestions??Thanks

Hi this Roam Sl must be the most useless thing I ever bought. Every time I go to use it there is no connectivity. Sometimes after half an hour of faffing about I get some but I’ve lost the will to live by then. I have it charged up. I have it on the same WiFi as my phone. I have reinstalled the app. It can’t find the speaker. Is it just to throw away? I’m very cross. I only want to play a few tunes ?

Has anyone actually successfully added their own music back onto Sonos now that Sonos claims we have their permission to do so once again? Just curious.

Hello…. Just moved into a house that has an Arc, as well as an amp. Did factory resets/transferred ownership to me no issues. Now I’d like to add my mini-sub. Went through the same process, minus the transfer, says it’s connected to the system, but will NOT get assigned to the room group w the Arc ¿compatibility issue? It’s seems to drop from the system now as well. No router/connection interference that I can tell. Thanks for all input!

Certainly on my Samsung Galaxy Tab-A Tablet.  Response is horrible 20 seconds to have Sirius stream playing. Typically the app puts up a set up screen,  “no Sonos devices found’, then maybe it finds the network, then maybe it puts up the devices, maybe it responds to may touch.Noticed now a behavior when I had two devices in a group, I tried to remove BOTH from the group - yes, stop playing in both locations - I get an endless loop of “nothing will be playing” Cancel or “GOT IT”.  It does NOTHING.  I can remove one of the devices, but trying to remove both (a scenaio that has worked in the past), is now a FAIL.In they’ve made improvements in the app since October, totally transparent to me, specially on the Galaxy.

Hi,I have one Sonos five and want to buy two Era 100. Do you think it's good idea or Sonos five will to much powerful for the 2 Era 100.Is is a good fit or it's better to buy another Sonos five.Thanks 

I have an Arc, Sub and 2xFives as a surround system for watching movies in the same room.Will adding a Port allow me to listen to CD player via these speakers?  I have seen conflicting posts about Arc and Port compatibility, hence asking the question direct.Yes, I know the Fives have a port allowing CD connection, but the stands block access and they are the wrong end of room.

When will a functional S2 app be launched, I just updated my system, an there is nothing but problems. it very frustrating when the whole house is setup with Sonos 

I just got an lg g4 tv and can not connect the tv to the sound bar.   It appears the hdmi arc setting selected on the tv reverts back to a tv speaker setting when I try to connect the tv thru the app.  very frustrated  

I have a system based on: Beam + a couple (front) of Sonos One directly connected to Beam + a couple of Sonos One in the rear.When I switch on the TV only Beam and front couple are automatically activated. To activate the rear couple I need to use the app.Any suggestion to fix it?thanks

I am, well, I was a Sonos loyal customer. Despite the awful new App released, I still defended and stayed with the brand as I loved the sound, look, build and quality of its products. I had various Sonos Products and currently still have a Bean 2 system, with 2 play1 as surround. I also have another 2 play1 and decided to buy an Arc, to use in my main living room, pair it with play1’s and then, hopefully at Christmas add a sub mini to the system. I went with the Arc, as I thought I was going to be a step up from the Beam I have in the other room, despite the bad reviews online talking about microphone problems. After all these reviews were more a year old and thought Sonos would have recalled and solved the common issue… well, no. Arc arrived. I was really happy. Set it up, added the surround. Played really nicely, happy with the sound. After just a couple of hours in the house, tried to call Alexa to switch lights on, no answer. Microphone was off. Kept going off, every few hours. Con

When i try to add the musiclibrary it starts scanning. After scanning is complete the musiclibrary is not showing.

The Sonos apps do not appear to support YouTube Channels properly.  I  have two channels; the first is my "primary" channel, that I use for video playlists, the other is one I created for music playlists.  This is a very common approach for keeping video and music playlists separate.I can add each of these channels to the Sonos app's Music Services, but I only see my playlists and content from my "primary" channel.  Content from the channel I use for music is blank. Very frustrating

Sonos beam works with the WiFi but the two SL speakers do not 

Recently bought Sonos Roam 2. Great product and satisfied almost 100%. But I am unable to make the Sonos mic appear on my Widows 11 sound input device list and hence cannot add the mic to the apps (like Teams). I have enabled Auto-TruePlay and mic LED is on. But still do not get the mic to work with any of the apps, including Windows own Sound Recorder.

Still running the old firmware and the old sonos app, for my port and play3. Luckily I have android, so I could reinstall the old app back :-) Still a very happy sonos custumer.But will have to move away eventually, because it's obvious the new app will stay crap.When I can't run the app on my phone anymore, I have no choice.Home Assistant works too, but it's not great either, for what I want. 

I am about to receive an era 100 sold my play 5 gen ones but still have two play ones I am getting conflicting messages when web searching on whether or not I can run the play ones on the gen 2 appCould someone confirm if this is possible and the process or do I need to rune two apps Thanks for any help Bob Parkinson

I recently changed my router and lost my setup. I have now reset all of them and I'm trying to add them back, but I'm getting the message below.  couldn't connect to network. make sure you are using the right wifi and password. Then try again. Can any someone help please. I'm using a Cudy AC1200 Dual Band Wi-Fi Router.
