Sorry, I’m not an expert at this.

Can I use my SONOS app on windows to play music from my local audio folder, on the desktop, to my beam?

And/or to my airplay enabled Denon receiver?

i tried to drag an audio folder into the app but seemingly it doesn’t allow that step.

Admittedly I may be missing a step,

Yes. Set up your Music Library in the Sonos app. I’m not sure if you can do that from the PC or will need to do it from the app on your phone.

Bummer..i tried that and chose an album on my desktop. It said unable to add Music Folder error 913...I did a search and it said something about unsupported protocol.

I need to read up on it.
