Sonos has soundbars which are designed to connect with TVs, either via optical, with the Ray, or HDMI ARC for the Beam and Arcs. There is no way to connect an IKEA speaker to a TV that I’m aware of. Unless this IKEA device includes a Bluetooth connection, and your TV can send audio via Bluetooth.

Similarly, Sonos has been blocked from directly accessing music on your phone by both Google (Android) and Apple (iOS). If this IKEA speaker has Bluetooth, you could use a player on your phone to send the music being played to the IKEA. If you have an iOS phone, you might be able to also use AirPlay 2, again depending on the capabilities built in to this IKEA device.

Generally, Sonos is ideal for playing music stored either on PC/Macs, or NAS devices, using the local library feature. For music stored on a phone, things become more complicated, due to the makers of the operating systems.
