Sonos Surround Setup Issues on Apartment-Provided WiFi
Hi everyone,I recently moved into a new apartment that provides internet for each unit via AT&T Community WiFi. I have my own unique password to access the internet, but I’m running into issues setting up my Sonos system.I have a Sonos Arc and two Sonos One speakers, which I’m trying to use as surrounds. However, they won’t connect properly, and I suspect the issue is related to the internet setup. Here are some additional details:The apartment’s Ethernet ports do not work. I was told that when the building’s internet was set up, the wiring was not labeled, so it would be a long process to get them functional. I’ve tried setting up the speakers over WiFi, but they won’t connect as surrounds.
