Hello, 

We are using Era 300 in a salon. 

We are trying to connect the youtube music using microsoft edge. 

We used the extension to connect the sonos controller and the youtube music. 

We did download the sonos controller on the window and also mobile phone. 

We want to use the window desktop rather than mobile phone. 

We kept on trying to connect but it says error. 

We do not want to restart everything and set up everything again. 

Is there any other way we can fix this?

If I understand your post properly, I would set up the YouTube connection using the mobile device. Make sure there are no port blocking apps, such as VPNs, work profiles, firewalls , or virus protection running while performing the setup. Once the connection has been installed, you should be able to access it from the Windows machine. 

If you continue to have issues, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, they get sensitive about GDPR.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
